On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Nice renovated house in the village of Dreffeac

Welcome to my great-grandparents' farm that I've been renovating since 2013! The house is in the middle of the village and is 100 m2. It is equipped to make you feel immediately at home. Very quiet and peaceful environment. WiFi. Shops nearby. The house is bright and very well insulated. In winter the fireplace can heat to 22 degrees and wood is provided. Two baby cribs are available on request as well as all childcare equipment and toys.

Cosy studio

Come and discover the Brière regional park, the walled city of Guérande where simply the beautiful beach of La Baule, in this cozy 35 m2 studio. Fishing on foot, shellfish and shellfish ... but of course!!! Prepare your dishes with the fully equipped kitchen, and then enjoy it with its outdoor area. Small comfortable duplex studio, ideally located between Nantes and Saint-Nazaire about thirty kilometers from the coast. 40 minutes from tourist sites (salt marshes, fortified town of Guérande, bay of Baule, port of Croisic), 1 hour 30 minutes from Puy du Fou, 2 hours from Futuroscope. A friendly place, ideal in the countryside. Guests can enjoy hikes, rejuvenate, peace and quiet, animals present dogs, cats, rabbits, ponies.

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

The Duck Pond, Ménac Island

Typical cottage (BF directory), stone exterior, all-wood "tiny house" interior: a cozy 20 m2 nest in the shade of the large tree. Small+: bathtub to cool off by the window overlooking the garden! Garden (fully enclosed) ideal for a nap or a meal under the large tree. We may cross paths, but I'm very discreet! A stay in "break" mode in perspective...
