The house was lovingly restored to maintain its original stone features. A perfect place to enjoy with family and friends as it comfortably accomodates up to 6 people.

The «SARA conVida – Parque Urbano Residence» villa is a 2 bedroom house, with a private outdoor space. It is completely renovated, with modern and minimalist decor, providing a cozy and inviting space for a peaceful stay. Located in the center of Ponta Delgada, next to the Urban Park. The calm and security of the area stands out. You can walk to the city center in less than 20 minutes. By car, you have easy access to the island's many tourist attractions. Sea Roots "Garden Zone 1" is located in a small farm by the sea, in Mosteiros. It's composed by one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and private garden, as well as barbecue area. The town is very charming, a favourite for holidays amongst the island residents for its sunny weather, rock pools, fishing, diving and the amazing sunsets, which can only be contemplated from the western tip. There's a couple beach bars just steps away, where small meals and drinks can be enjoyed.
