Holiday rentals with a patio in Ponta Delgada

The accommodation was impeccably clean and in a comfortable and cozy decoration. The welcome basket with regional products was a very thoughtful gesture by hosts. The house has excellent soundproofing, which provides a peaceful rest. It is very well equipped, with plenty of utensils available. I highly recommend this site and will undoubtedly return at the next opportunity.

The apartment is near the center with a lot of parking places and restaurants only a few meters away. We initially planned to work from there but in the end took vacation, but the flat had plenty of space and two tables, so homeoffice would be possible easily. The kitchen was huge and everything you could wish for was available. A lot of wardrobes were available in the bedroom. The whole flat was clean and really big. We didn't spend any time on the terrace since the island has so much to offer but it was tidy and looked comfy. Silvia and Caesar were very friendly hosts and helped us within minutes. We loved our stay here and if we ever come back to PDL we would love to stay here again :) Thanks for everything.

The most fantastic apt. to stay for the week. Graça was so amazing, the unit was very close walking distance to all the fun stuff and was well appointed. I would absolutely recommend staying here when in PDL!

Amazing two-bedroom apartment with huge patio, living room, great kitchen with coffee Nepresso machine. Good local amenities (jams, local pastries, biscuits) Great area just 5 min drive from Ponta Delgada downtown, 2min walk from a great beach with amazing waves for surfing. Fatima was a great host, attentive and helpful.

Great apartment. Easy to access. Central location. Lots of space. Well equipped. Comfy bed and nice shower. Sara accommodated a late check out and arranged a taxi for us. Elevator was good for luggage. Highly recommend!

Henrique was such a great host who provided a beautiful home for our stay on São Miguel Island! Be sure to get some good use out of the wonderful terrace! The location is very convenient for those looking to roam around Ponta Delgada on foot, be just minutes away from the airport, and have easy access to main roads in case you want to venture to other parts of the island. I would love to stay here again in the future!

We had an amazing stay at this beautifully kept 3-bedroom apartment in Ponta Delgada. The space is modern, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and the marina, yet quiet at night. Andy and Sandra were fantastic hosts—very responsive and helpful with great local tips. This house is in a great location for experiencing the town of Furnas. Furnas was in a good location to get around the island to see other spots too. We really appreciated the walkable location to nearby fruit shop, restaurants and the rest of town. The house has a nice size living space and comfortable bedrooms. The host was very responsive to any questions prior to and during our stay. The house comfortably fit our family of 7. We would definitely recommend this house.

Monica is very attentive, checked in regularly during our stay and moved quickly to resolve a small issue. The accommodation is spacious, very clean, very well equipped and in a quiet location. Monica welcomes us with a small basket filled with local products. The accommodation is well located for visiting the west of the island of Sao Miguel.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is very well located and the view is stunning. Everything to visit and hikes are within 30 minutes from the house. Nuno was very responsive and even helped us get soccer tickets. I highly recommend and will be back at this same house next time we come to the island. Thanks!

We had a lovely stay at Dave's place. The village was welcoming, and we felt a part of the community for the short time we were in Pedreira. We especially enjoyed the views, the cats, and the nearby hikes. Dave offered helpful suggestions and tips, and even offered some cold drinks also. The hot tub was just perfect after hiking. We hope to return at some point.

The House is larger than expected and offers a lot of space for a group of friends or families!

Fantastic views, updated interior and much more spacious than the photos make it seem. Kitchen is well stocked if you plan to shop and cook for yourself. Private parking with plenty of space for 2 cars. You are a bit out of the way when it comes to restaurants and groceries but we think it’s a great idea to have a rental car on the island anyway. Short drive to Sete Cidades.

We had a wonderful stay at Sara‘s apartment! The flat is very well equipped, in an ideal location and Sara did everything to make our stay perfect. Highly recommend!

We had a very pleasant time in this apartment! Everything was just as it should be.

We stayed at Maria’s place for one week with our 11 month old baby as she provided all (and more) of the baby essentials (high chair, pack and play, baby bath, towel, shampoo, etc.). Many additional amenities and extras were provided which were appreciated, including a dropped off breakfast one morning. Overall, we loved our time at Maria’s place, having access to guaranteed, private parking was a huge plus! The only downfall was that for the first couple of days there was a musty smell, which dissipated throughout the week. Maria was very responsive and allowed us to check in several hours ahead of the listed time, which was great as we had an overnight flight!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nathan’s condo. Our day started and ended on the balcony, enjoying the ocean view, quite sure we even saw a pod of dolphins one morning! Kitchen is very well appointed with everything you need to cook some meals. Pingo Doce Supermarket is about a 2 minute drive and the beach really is a five minute walk. Very central location to get everywhere on the island - Nordeste was our furthest day trip and it took about an hour. Would definitely recommend!

Very large accommodation, in the heart of Ponta Delgada. Walking in the streets is pleasant and there are several shops and restaurants nearby. On the other hand, parking is paid and it's a little noisy at night, but it didn't stop us from sleeping. Aphonson responded quickly. We had a lovely stay.

My wife and I had a most wonderful stay for 6 nights at the Ocean View 11. Before we committed to the reservation I could tell we had a lot in common with our hosts. We are an active, healthy athletic couple in our 70’s that love exploring, hiking, eating, conversing with locals and learning history. The unit is perfect and well described the way it is. I could always find parking within two blocks. The best rooms in the house are the awesome patio with oven view. We had all our breakfasts there. It’s quiet, spacious and modern. The malecón along the beach is awesome and great for a walk or run. I swam at the protected beach near it. The owners gave us an amazing list of recommended sites to visit and restaurants. Some of the best seafood I’ve ever had. We went to almost all of the sites and then some. I highly recommend this stay and we personally intend to return more to explore the extreme eastern part os Sao Miguel as well and to visit the other islands Enjoy it

Very friendly host. We had a problem opening the door but he came right away. He left us souvenirs typical of Azores. Everything was very clean. The house was very cute and had everything. Great location.
