Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Ponta Delgada

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Claudia. Le logement est magnifique et très bien entretenu. Claudia nous a recommandé des endroits vraiment chouettes et l'emplacement est idéal afin de visiter tout l'ouest de l'île. 🥰❤️🙏🏾

Monica est très attentionnée, a pris des nouvelles régulièrement pendant notre séjour et s’est déplacée rapidement pour résoudre un petit problème. Le logement est spacieux, très propre, très bien équipé et situé au calme. Monica nous accueille avec un petit panier garni de produits locaux. Le logement est bien situé pour visiter l’ouest de l’île de Sao Miguel.

Manuel and his son Vasco welcomed us the day of our arrival. Vasco was in contact before we arrived and had ensured that we were well informed about how to get there, if we were okay with a self-check in, what we might like to see and do during our stay. The house was immaculately clean, with all that you might need for your stay, from condiments in the press, to a welcome basket of milk, bread and goodies, to shower and beach towels and toiletries. While you hear every plane landing and taking off this mostly happens during the day, you also hear the birds in the morning and evening. The house is situated at the edge of the city and you are a short walk into the countryside. There's a stunning cliff walk 20mins from the house where you can either walk to the village at the of the base of the cliff or along the top. Lynda's coffee shop is a minutes walk away and we loved having our coffee in the morning sitting outside looking out to sea. You'll need a car to explore all the island.

We had an incredible time staying at Casa da Praia dos Moinhos; the property was so beautiful, the description and images from the listing perfectly matched our experience, and the location was gorgeous and serene. Our hosts Luis & Ines were incredibly responsive & kind. We will definitely return here on our next trip to the Azores!

We had a lovely stay at Dave's place. The village was welcoming, and we felt a part of the community for the short time we were in Pedreira. We especially enjoyed the views, the cats, and the nearby hikes. Dave offered helpful suggestions and tips, and even offered some cold drinks also. The hot tub was just perfect after hiking. We hope to return at some point.

The location was perfect for walking to the city centre. The place has everything you need including kitchen essentials. Daphne was very responsive to my communications. We received proactive instructions that were easy to follow. The location was a little difficult to find since there are many homes on the street with the same numbers. Parking was not simple as the streets were very narrow but Daphne gave us recommendations to help with parking spots. It was a fantastic stay and I would definitely go back to this place. Super comfortable beds and great location with all the accommodations. There is even a mall, 20 mins walk away from the place.The jacuzzi was a great bonus to unwind after a chaotic day.

This place was a beautiful house, with a nice private backyard! We had some trouble in the parking area designated due to the narrow entrance, but parked near the church and found it much easier! We were visited frequently by Carla’s dog, Toby, and he even gave us a little tour of the area. Overall, we had a great time using Carla’s house as our base to explore the gorgeous island!

Paulo was an amazing host. The property is beautiful and clearly handled with love and care. The views are stunning. From one side there is an ocean view and the other, a countryside view. Everything was clean and we had ample supplies. The hot tub was a nice bonus! Parking was across the street and very easy. Paulo is super responsive. I got sick and couldn’t find a pharmacy open as it was Sunday. He was at our door within 20 mins with a few options of medicine. I took it and was feeling better within 30 mins. The island was beautiful and if we return, we will definitely be staying with Paulo!

A perfect space for two couples to enjoy a comfortable space and a good central location on the island to experience and explore. We enjoyed relaxed evenings in the hot tub! Joao was a lovely and responsive host and went the extra mile for us to be comfortable.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans la maison de Laura et Pedro. La maison était impeccable, propre et bien équipée. Les communications avec l’équipe de gestion étaient faciles, amicales et cordiales. Nous avons eu quelques pépins en cours de semaine et l’équipe y a répondu promptement et efficacement, appelant sans tarder les techniciens nécessaires et réglant les problèmes avec brio. Nous voyagions avec bébé et toutes les commodités étaient dispo sur place: lit de bébé avec sa literie, chaise haute et vaisselle de bébé. La localisation était commode, tout près du centre de Ponta Delgada, des épiceries et du parc urbain. Nous recommendons sans hésiter cette maison!

Monica was the perfect host! The setting is private and very peaceful. Our family of 5 had an amazing stay! Do not miss breakfast! Monica shares local options and it’s served in a beautiful room overlooking the property. The pool and hot tub were nice to relax in after a day of hiking. Monica shares restaurants and things to see/do!

Laura et son époux sont des perles. Ils font leur maximum pour que leurs hôtes puissent profiter de Sao Miguel aussi bien les attractions que les restaurants, site météo et caméras en direct des différents endroits à visiter Ils sont très réactifs. nous étions coincés dehors car avions les clés à l’intérieur et en moins de 5 mn l’époux de Laura était là . De plus vous êtes accueillis par un panier garni gargantuesque. La maison est fidèle au descriptif et aux photos. La literie est vraiment de très bonne qualité. C’est calme malgré le bord de route ( un peu de trafic à 8 h 00) et reste sécuritaire pour des enfants. Nous n’avons pris que les petit déjeuners et n’avons donc pas cuisiné ( sauf des œufs et salades de fruits…) L’emplacement est très bien pour découvrir l’île . Furnas et Nordeste sont à 45 mn de voiture même si elles sont de l’autre côté . L’aéroport est à 15 mn. Bref nous étions enchanté et recommandons cette maison sans hésiter !

This home has got to be one of the most beautiful BNB's I've stayed at! Like all the other reviews, the pictures don't do it justice! The property is immaculately kept clean, the finish on the home shows impressive craftsmanship, and the views from the private pool is exactly what you need on vacation! It's very private and peaceful. I loved being able to just sit in any of the many benches and just soak it all in. So much care was taken to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we need. The host goes the extra mile in many ways, including providing a welcome kit with snacks and drinks! The host was extremely helpful and responsive and kind. I could go on forever about how wonderful this home and host is, but I recommend you find our for yourself! Don't hesitate - just book it!

Great location and a beautiful home. It did have more stairs than we anticipated but was not an issue as two bedrooms are on the entry floor and other three on a level down. Living, dining and kitchen are on the lower third level. The pool did need to be cleaned. The Polaris stopped working before it cleaned the pool but was not of consequence since the weather was still too cool really for swimming. Be aware the hot tub is an inflatable and you’d really only have space for two but it’s on a great deck with nice view to the ocean. There were no restaurants really in walking distance but they are a short drive away and there are many great ones down by the water with beautiful settings. It was very nice to have clothes detergent and dryer sheets in the laundry area. We really appreciated that.

Joao’s place is perfect for families and big groups. We stayed for one week as a group of 6 (plus 1 baby) and we all felt right at home! The house is comfortable, clean, and cozy. Joao is an amazing host, very responsive and very kind. He definitely made sure to accommodate our group in the best possible way. This was our first time in Sao Miguel and we are already looking forward to our next trip and staying here again! I highly recommend Joao’s property.

Die Unterkunft war schön modern und sauber. Alles war sehr schön gestaltet und gut ausgestattet. Bei der Einfahrt sollte man beachten, dass diese sehr eng, und ein kleineres Auto von Vorteil ist. Der Garten ist groß mit verschiedenen Pflanzen und Bäumen und einem Whirlpool, in dem man super relaxen kann. Es gaub auch ein Willkommensgruß bei der Ankunft und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt.
