Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. Detached house of 50 m2 and a large covered terrace of 50 m2 on a property of 2500 m2 fully fenced, absolute calm, cul-de-sac overlooking the woods, barbecue, sandbox and slide for the little ones and lots of toys. Baby bed, bed sheets, blankets on request, booster seat for children's meals. Loan of an extra folding bed. Access to the Spa is €30 for the 1st day, then €20/day for the following days on arrival, available all year round.
