The interior features a spacious open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining and lounge. The first floor comprise a guests bedroom with queen size bed, a bathroom and toilet and a kids dorm sleeping 6. A foldable baby cot is also available in the house. On the second floor is a luxurious loft retreat with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, a separate toilet and a spacious private terrace overlooking the village and the valley with views of the Mont Ventoux. The house is decorated simply with vintage furniture and quirky pieces. The entire house and studio (depending on the number of guests). My family lives close by and is available to assist our guests with any issue. Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. From the sound of the church bells marking the hour to taking a stroll to the bakery for fresh croissants at breakfast time, soak up village life. You are on the terrace of the villa, surrounded by lavender fields and a cedar forest, sipping your aperitif purchased from the neighboring winemaker. After a swim in the private pool, you set off to visit the UNESCO-listed Chauvet Cave, just a 15-minute drive away. Instead, you choose to go for a hike starting from the villa. The next day, you walk to the local grocery store to get your bread and enjoy your first coffee in the square. The weather is perfect for a canoe trip down the Ardèche.
