The cottage overlooks the beautiful estuary of the Goyen, in the old part of Pont-Croix. The garden is a sun trap, sheltered, private, peaceful and escape proof for dogs and small children. Uphill, find pretty alleys, restaurants, cafes, Art galleries, a museum, a market, shops and a supermarket. Go down hill to the river and walk or cycle to Audierne. Coastal walks connect our many beautiful beaches. We have wooded valleys, picturesque villages, cliffs, coves, long sandy beaches and dunes.

The house consists of four bedrooms including a master bedroom with sink and shower, three other bedrooms upstairs as well as two toilets and a bathroom with bathtub, with a large wooded garden.

The house was renovated at the end of 2018, it faces south. Access is from the street by an entrance with about twenty steps, overlooks the enclosed garden and then the house. It consists of a separate kitchen on the ground floor, a bright 30 m² living-dining room and a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. A terrace as well as deck chairs and a barbecue are at your disposal.

Villa Trouz Ar Mor

Traversez: vous êtes sur la plage. La Villa Trouz Ar Mor (classée Meublé de Tourisme) vous propose un rez-de-jardin de choix disposant d’une cour privée équipée. Son intérieur est cosy et offre un piano accessible aux musiciens sur demande. Le linge est fourni. Le logement est non-fumeur, les animaux ne sont pas admis. Les deux autres étages restent strictement privés, et ne font pas partie de la location.

My accommodation is close to the historic Croix Bridge, all shops, the towpath along the Goyen River, 5 km from the beaches and 20 minutes by car from the Raz and Van points. You will appreciate my accommodation for its spaces and its authenticity, its enclosed and wooded garden, its comfort with 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets, its bias of space, ease of living there.

A haven between the sea and the river

Located in southern Finistère, a few kilometers from Pointe du Raz, in Cap Sizun, this old stone farmhouse, recently restored with eco-friendly materials, overlooks the Goyen Valley. Direct access to hiking trails along the coastal river provides walking access to the medieval city of Pont-Croix. It has three bedrooms, including one on the mezzanine with a sofa bed.
