Its size, its brightness, its calm and its comfort (160 cm bed, fully equipped kitchen, etc.) make it very pleasant and welcoming. A large free car park (paid parking 15/06–15/09) is located 50 m away.

Shops 2 km away, close to Pont-Aven (town of painters), Concarneau (walled town) and Lorient (town of sailing). No smoking, no pets, access via stairs. Provide linens and towels.

Charming studio with mezzanine, located in the heart of the city of painters made famous by Paul Gauguin and the Pont-Aven school of painting. The studio is located in one wing of our house and you have two entrances to access it. You have an outside dining area at the foot of the stairs and a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. The garden and terrace can be lit in the evening. You are 200 meters from the city center and the museum and very close to the port.
