Apartment holiday rentals in Pont-Aven

We fell in love with this place in 2023 and so we returned in 2024. If you are a couple looking for somewhere beautiful to have a relaxing holiday, this is the perfect place. I totally recommend it.

We spent 2 nights at Rosanna's to attend a friend's wedding in Pont-Aven. The accommodation offered by Rosanna is ideally located to reach the city centre of Pont-Aven on foot, while being away from it and having a parking space. Rosanna takes great care to welcome her guests in a very neat and well-equipped accommodation. Everything is easy, everything is great. I recommend it without hesitating!

The beautiful, modern and very well-equipped apartment is within walking distance of the Ville Close and directly on the long waterfront promenade. The beautiful terrace has a great view of the sea. Another great advantage is the private parking space directly behind the house. Nicolas is a very friendly and considerate landlord. I felt very comfortable in my 4 days in the very nice apartment.

We had a wonderful stay in Concarneau. The apartment is perfectly furnished, everything very tasteful and nothing is missing. The location is great. Alain and Catherine are very likeable and pleasant landlords. We received helpful tips for really good restaurants and other activities. Thanks also for the attentions like the sweets and the pretty bouquet. The bed, the kitchen items, the shower and of course the terrace are unbeatable ! We will be back and can only recommend this apartment. Thank you for everything.

We had a pleasant stay in a small and very well located apartment with a breathtaking view of the harbor. The welcome went very well, Thierry was helpful and accommodating.

2-room apartment on the sixth floor, lift available, great view with glass front across the entire width of the apartment, well-equipped. We were personally and very kindly received for the key handover after the best communication. Underground parking is a big plus. A few minutes' walk to the centre of Concarneau, very pleasant. We'll be happy to come back.

A wonderful stay! Everything is superb: the view, the beach at the bottom of the small building, the decor, the bedding. You can see the ocean from all the windows, it's fabulous. Typhaine is also adorable and very accommodating. I loved my stay! I'll be back for sure!

this is the second time we have gone to Leila's. this time I rented for my elderly parents with walking difficulties... they were delighted with the breathtaking view, the accommodation was very clean and very charming, frankly I recommend it 2000%. Leila is always very responsive when contacted and always with kindness and benevolence. We have done a lot of accommodation on Airbnb and Leila's is one of our favourites if not our favourite. Unbeatable location on this beautiful beach! You are alone in the world! The beach is right at the foot of the terrace, it's magical! Easy to park. Communication and interactions with the owners very pleasant. Beautiful accommodation, especially because it has been refurbished with nice materials! Lots of space and a very functional kitchen! We'll be right back soon. Nothing to say, it's the end of the world, paradise, a dream to stay a few days in this place, on this beach that reminds me of so many beautiful memories.

Fabulous apartment! This is one of the nicest Airbnb's we've stayed in. Spotlessly clean. And I am rarely satisfied on this point. Even the toaster was immaculate. Pots and pans were pristine, even. The apartment is even more beautiful than the photos. We really hated to leave. Kitchen is super easy to navigate, appliances are high end. We didn't miss anything. The only quirky thing about the apartment is that you have to go through the bathroom, up a few steps to the bedroom, but we soon got used to that and it wasn't a big deal. There is so much storage too. The rooms are very large, the balcony is a dream. We would love to return. And the hosts are so very friendly. They own the gourmet sandwich shop right next door so they are always on hand in case we needed anything. Wi-fi is very fast too. It's honestly perfect.

May 2025: we recommend this beautiful, well-decorated apartment, with two real bedrooms overlooking the back and excellent bedding, very bright, with unobstructed views. All amenities were functional. The city centre and the beautiful walled city are within walking distance with the covered market every morning and restaurants in the evening. The location was very quiet with no problem to park for free in May. The white sandy beach is accessible on foot as well as the GR 34. Concarneau is a great location for hiking and sightseeing. Thanks to Tiphaine for her welcome, her advice, her availability and her good mood. We had a great week.

We were greeted by Valérie who was very accommodating. The studio is consistent with the photos, very clean, nicely decorated and fully equipped. We had a lovely stay!

A perfect stay at Domaine de Soani! The place is peaceful, very well maintained and decorated with taste. Warm welcome, everything is thought out for comfort. A nice break near Quimper, to be repeated without hesitation!

We had a very pleasant weekend at Hélène's. We were warmly welcomed with several welcome gifts (some of which came from his beautiful garden). It is a quiet place in a very beautiful environment about fifteen minutes' walk from the beaches of Loctudy. We highly recommend Hélène's accommodation for a stay to discover the Bigouden country. Great accommodation, spacious, clean and pleasant. 1st accommodation of this type and not disappointed at all!! We spent a week and can highly recommend for those looking for a good walking holiday as Pont-l'Abbé is wonderfully located with plenty to see and do within a 30 minute drive. At the end of of a long day walking, hiking, cycling etc, you then have the amazing benefit of easing any aches and pains in the Hot Tub and Hamman and after a good nights sleep in a very comfortable bed you are ready for another day.
