BOOK THIS PLACE !!! I cannot express how impressed I am with this location. Apart from the amazingly accessible location , this home was fully stocked with any & all items/amenities you could possibly need. My family and I travel frequently & this home has definitely made our top 5 list ! Walking distance to the beach ( because with a toddler it is NOT easy ) , peaceful neighborhood , cozy environment & amazing amenities. If this is what you’re looking for then this is the one. We felt right at home in this beautiful comfy house and we’re so grateful for our host’s flexibility & welcoming spirits. We will definitely be back !! 10/10 I definitely recommend.

Excellent stay! Phyllis’s communicated very well, she was quick to respond, very communicative and friendly, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Carlos was an awesome host, he answered all my questions in a timely manner and didn't make me feel awkward for asking. The house is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, respect the neighbors they respect you. GREAT place to sit back, relax and fish. While there we caught 1 small snook, 2 reds a crab on a fishinf line lol and some catfish. Once my husband and I got there we only left twice cause we forgot things at home. We were really sad to have to leave and if there ever comes a time we would love to stay again❣️

Everything is pretty much on the same road of the house and if not, everything is no more than 20 minutes away. It was honestly a really great place, better than a hotel for sure. Definitely recommend this place for anyone.

House is immaculate and the photos do not do it justice. It is much larger than pictured, great for a group. We had a person with limited mobility and it worked well for her. You are only about 50 steps to the beach and sitting on the patio almost feels like you are sitting on the beach. Management company very responsive. Will rent again

Sabra and Ben's place is absolutely adorable. Sabra communicated and responded promptly and kindly. Plenty of towels, blankets, kitchen items, and cooling options. It was quiet and peaceful, shaded with a beautiful porch area. Check-in was super easy and convenient. The pool area was beautiful, plenty of chairs. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Description and pictures are exactly as advertised.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was fantastic, right on the beach. Shops and restaurants on Flagler are a short walk away.

Best AirBnB we have stayed at to date. Amazing location, extremely family friendly. Nice rec area with toys for the kids, and pool table/darts for the adults with lots of lounging. There was so much effort put into this place that we are absolutely coming back very soon solely for this AirBnB

We had a wonderful stay. The location was a couple blocks from the beach and easy to get to restaurants and other activities. The property itself was very nice and it was a quiet area. We ran into a couple people that helped the owners out with their property and they were extremely pleasant and helpful. Although we had no occasion to talk to the owners, they obviously took pride in their property and were quick to get back with correspondence. The property looked exactly like the pictures and we had very nice stay.

Great stay at this location on the beach! Such a great find on such short notice. Super responsive hosts and great size for our family of six!

Maddy was very responsive and attentive to any issue we had . Check in was smooth , the unit is very beautiful up to standards as the photos . The Early morning sunrise and view is a must to catch while the beach awaits only a walk away. There is plenty of restaurants and activities in the area , but if you want to do more Orlando is only a 50 min drive away . My boyfriend and I had a great time we were comfortable at the end of the night . Parking is a hassle I do recommend getting back early so you can secure a spot but this unit is wonderful and you will feel at home .

The place was spotless and had a beautiful view. It looked exactly like the pictures. The host was very responsive and friendly. The only downside was there is only one car allowed to park on-site and while there was parking in a lot across the street there were tow away signs, making it very risky to park if you have more than one vehicle. This spot is ideal for a couple or family traveling together. The airbnb was very clean, bed and pull out were comfortable, and it was super easy to access. It was affordable and worth the price.

I’ve been to New Symrna multiple times and been past this complex, it is a quiet clean very friendly complex. Feel very safe around the area.

This is the second year in a row that we have rented this Condo & absolutely love it for the location & the amenities. Love it that the pool & ocean is right off the patio. We come to relax & decompress & we definitely get that accomplished here. Definitely would recommend

We loved everything about the location. from the accuracy of the listing, closeness of the pool and minute walk to the beach. The full spice rack and grill seasonings were an added bonus for meal prep! within a few minutes drive to markwys and some of the best restaraunts the area has. The Garlic, Taco Shak, Down the Hatch and the General Public House are our faves! we travel the area often and wouldn't hesitate booking this location if available again. thank you for a carefree visit!

Family of 6 (4kids 10 and up) This place is very private. Friendly environment, pools (2 within 5min), pickle ball courts (grab racquets/ball from dollar store). Easy walk to the beach. Jack supplies EVERYTHING. You can relax. Things we didn’t even think of plus more, even a blender was nice touch. I can’t think of anything he could add. Towels, chairs, wagon for beach, boards, buckets/shovels, pods to get laundry done and run dishwasher. It’s these little things that count, that most places fall short. We brought our own shampoo, Keurig pods but Jack has plenty if needed. You can tell he makes sure there’s more than enough. You really feel at home. We needed to measure my son’s height for rides, Jack had measuring tape. The place is so equipped you feel right at home. We highly recommend this place and hope we can return in the future.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The room had all the amenities we could need, the host was very attentive and responded quickly, and the location was nice. Would definitely book again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Florence's place! The decor was super cute and very beachy. The bed was so comfortable! The beach was perfect with the most beautiful sunrise each day. The value was spot on for the location and amenities. We loved having the use of the beach chairs, buckets, and a cooler. We would definitely stay here again!

Although this condo was an older one on the strip, Raymond's accomodations were a 5 star. The furnishing were beautiful and the view was perfect.
