Very responsive host! This place was so peaceful. The location was perfect. It's very close to restaurants and other stores(not walkable, but only a 5 min drive). Although, it was located in an older building, the building and grounds have been well kept and the place itself was spotless. The master bed was extremely comfortable. The wrap around balcony was huge. The pool was clean and it was never crowded. This place has tons of space for a nice size family. The oceanfront location is priceless. Im hard to impress, but this place did just that. This will be my go to place whenever I need a mini vacay. Thanks Thomas!

The short walk to the beach is so scenic and quaint. The kids didn’t need to put their shoes on. Easy to hose everything off coming back from the beach. Nice to put beach stuff in the garage. Very comfortable beds. Seemed to be a safe area. Will definitely return!

The Inlet at Minorca is a peaceful, beautiful retreat with great amenities. The condo looks just like the photos. You can tell our host is working hard to continue updating it to the highest potential. The provided binder was very helpful to understand the lay of the land. Local owners were very nice. We loved going out on our morning runs along the boardwalk, watching the surfers and fishermen along the inlet, and hitting up some of the local dining and entertainment spots. It’s a quick 40 min walk down the beach to Flagler Avenue, which gave us plenty to do on the cloudier, cooler days. We would not hesitate to book this again in the future. Just wish we could’ve stayed longer.

This was a great place for our family of six. Host Lisa was great, responsive and attentive. The area had plenty of activities, stores and restrauants. Also used all the amenities from the game room to the available beach items for the beach. We would stay here again. Thank you again

Nothing less than five stars for Andrea’s place. This was our second stay, and it was fabulous again. Andrea’s place is clean, well equipped, and located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We will definitely stay with her again.

This is a great location in NSB. I would highly recommend, good for families and easy beach access.

Loved the location! Beach access next to condo, quick walk to get golf carts, and many restaurants and great shopping just down the street. The condo was pristine, light and airy. Appreciated the beach chairs. Boogie boards and beach towels (didn’t have to pack those!). Lounged on 4 Adirondack chairs and watched the evening thunderstorm, lightning show :).

Our stay was fantastic! The home was cozy and welcoming. It had everything we could have possibly needed to make our stay more enjoyable. China was an amazing host and made our stay even more wonderful. 10/10

Laurens condo was perfect for our beach stay. It’s close to nearby restaurants and walking distance to the beach. Really no complaints!

The condo was very nice, just as the pictures looked. We had no issues accessing the condo; overlooking the beach and pool just made it extra special. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone.

We had a wonderful time staying at Frank's place. It was the perfect space for our family of 6 adults. Everything was beautifully decorated and super clean. It is steps away from the beach and a short walk to many bars and restaurants.We highly recommend it!

Everything was great. We had an amazing time. We've always lived near the ocean, and a few years ago, we lived in Tennessee. My kids were by the ocean. It was truly incredible. Everything was just as we saw in the description. Thank you 💖

Listing is as described. Convenient to beach and local restaurants. The assigned parking spaces seem to be in a random order. We drove up & down the rows only to find that ours was right in front of the patio door! Kitchen is fully stocked. Parking lot has hose to rinse off your chairs, feet, and your tires if you drove on the beach. There are lots of rules for this HOA property. Familiarize yourself and you’ll be fine. Overall, the space was perfect for our couple’s weekend.

Melissa was very responsive and proactive with any questions or concerns we had. The place was very nice, clean. I will definitely be reaching back out to her when we are back in town.

This condo had incredible views and was in the perfect location! We could pretty much walk to anything we needed. There were so many fun activities going on in the resort and we loved all the amenities! The pools were gorgeous and the grounds were well kept. I would definitely go back and stay here again and again.

Due to unforeseen circumstances with a scheduled rental, Dennis came through at the last minute over the New years holiday and responded promptly late in the evening to answer questions and confirm that the location could be rented on New years eve. Greatly appreciated. Being able to have balconies ocean front from both bedrooms and living room was wonderful.

Was a great place to stay, few minutes from the beach and not far from the speedway.

We have been traveling together to New Smyrna Beach since 2015, I believe we missed one or two years, and by far Kate's was our favorite vacation spot. Everything about the condo was awesome. Everything in the description was exactly as described. We always look for a 1st floor unit, oceanfront, with easy access to the beach. Kate's condo checked all the boxes. Kate was so amazingly responsive, it was as if I was catching up to an old friend that I hadn't talked to in a while just picked right up where we left off. I highly recommend considering Kate's place, it's truly perfect! We'll be back Paul Syracuse, N.Y.

Great Views and very clean, quiet. We met Robert at the condo and he took time to show us everything. Great to work with.

Had a wonderful stay. The unit was comfortable and exactly as advertised. Convenient to Daytona Speedway and I-95, and close to Starlite Diner, a great old school diner for breakfast. Esther is a perfect host and easy to communicate with. In fact, I’m staying at another of her properties in February. I would definitely recommend.

This was the perfect spot for a quiet get away for us. The location was close enough to walk down the beach at night and convenient enough to hop in the car and drive in either direction for yummy food if you want to go that route. The building was quiet and well maintained. Parking is pretty typical for the older hotels down the beach so it can be kinda tight at busy times but completely doable in any normal sized vehicle. Would 1000000% recommend for a quick couples get away.

Ryan’s place is a clean comfortable place that is great for families. The resort has activities for all ages and the beach is not drivable at this time which was good with small children. It was plenty of space for our group. Safety was at the forefront with the resort. They called everyone in for the mid day summertime storms and placed movies on at the indoor pool. Great visit. Nice that you have two parking spaces on the beach as well.
