Simple and 18m2 in size, our studio is nevertheless very functional, fully renovated in 2023. It is close to all shops within walking distance. Arrive independently at a time that suits you, temporarily park in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then park nearby for free. In summer, portable air conditioning on request €10/day.

Large Toulouse house (180m²) in condominium with castle (Château de la Balme). A small private garden with terrace, jacuzzi for 4/6 people (summer season), children's games and 1 large park of 2 hectares. This is our main home, we live there with our two children (11 and 7 years old). We rent it so we can continue to restore it and go on vacation. We are 25 minutes from Toulouse.
