Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Pomonte

La casa di Chiara si trova in una posizione a dir poco ottima. Parcheggio privato, ampio spazio all’aperto privato, cucina attrezzata e anche un piccolo barbecue all’esterno. 2 minuti a piedi per la spiaggia Padulella e 2 minuti a piedi per la spiaggia di Capo Bianco (che in stagione è impossibile parcheggiare). Inoltre Chiara è stata molto gentile anche dopo il check-out. Consiglio vivamente.

Das Monolocale ist zentral gelegen mit einem kleinen Balkon und Aussicht auf das historische Hafenbecken. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für eine Besichtigung der Altstadt und Genuss der lokale Küche. Die zeitgemäss eingerichtete Wohnung ist praktisch und zweckmässig. Es fehlt an nichts. Die sanitären Anlagen, etc. und Internet funktionieren einwandfrei. Für Strandgänger ist ein Auto empfehlenswert. Parkplatzmöglichkeit unweit der Unterkunft. Das Monolocale liegt in/unweit der "zona di traffico limitato (ZTL)". Wir wurden freundlicherweise bis vor die Wohnung begleitet. Die Kommunikation mit der Tesi Viaggi (Sig.a Antonella und ihren Stellvertreterinnen) war immer einfach und schnell. Ein Aufenthalt im Monolocale kann ich nur empfehlen. Mai 2025

Già Scarlino incanta col suo affaccio sul mare. Se poi ci soggiorni in questo appartamento terrazzato e con vista aperta sul golfo di Follonica e sull’Elba allora non andresti mai più via. Posizionato a inizio borgo con comodo parcheggio lì a due passi, l’alloggio è super organizzato e accessoriato. Particolari gli oggetti e funzionali gli arredi. Cristian ha fornito prima dell’arrivo chiarissime informazioni sul check in e ha sempre risposto tempestivamente quando (raramente) ne ho avuto bisogno. Peraltro all’interno sono riportate istruzioni dettagliate e consigli di soggiorno che rendono quasi inutile fare domande. Wi-Fi veloce e stabile. Riscaldamento perfetto. Insomma che dire meglio di così non si può. Grazie e alla prossima!

Väldigt trevligt boende med bra läge. Det enda vi saknade var en altan men det finns många trevliga restauranger precis utanför dörren. Välutrustat kök, bra badrum och flera airconditioner

Appartement très pratique et bien équipé, situé très proche de la marina de Punta Ala. Emplacement idéal. Antonia a été très sympathique. Le wifi proposé par la résidence en revanche ne fonctionne pas bien ; mais cependant Antonia m'a proposé une solution en me prêtant une petite box personnelle, ce qui m'a été très utile. Très bon service et très bonne communication. Au final, un bon séjour, un appartement pratique et confortable.

Appartamento ordinato e pulito. Comodo sia per le spiagge che per i ristoranti. Centro di Portoferraio facilmente raggiungibile a piedi.

Wir waren zu 6 auf diesem wunderschönen Anwesen und haben einige ruhige Tage in der Natur verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist etwas abgelegen wenn du also Ruhe und Entspannung suchst ist der Ort ideal. Mit dem Auto sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut zu erreichen. Das Haus bietet viel Umschwung und die Sonnentage am Pool mit atemberaubender Aussicht aus Meer waren wunderschön.

Mara und Massimiliano sind Gastgeber, wie man sie sich nur wünschen kann. Sehr freundlich, flexibel, immer für Fragen bereit, geben sehr gute Ratschläge für die Erkundung der Gegend und gute Lokalitäten. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt (eigentlich sogar noch besser 😃). Das Haus ist sehr schön und perfekt gelegen. Zu Fuß in die Stadt- kein Problem, Bars und Restaurants um die Ecke, Strand direkt vor der Haustür und zudem noch eine wunderbare Terasse mit direkter Sicht aufs Meer. Was will man mehr?! On s'y sentait comme à la maison 🥰 Si vous souhaitez vivre la Dolce Vita avec des enfants nous vous recommandons le logement d'Alessia & Guido. Tout était propre, des jeux à disposition dans la chambre enfant, un agréable extérieur avec du mobilier et un grand parasol indispensable pour déjeuner à l'extérieur par grand soleil. Les alentours et le très beau centre ville de Massa Marittima était rapidement accessible à pieds. De plus bonne communication avec les hôtes à distance : arrivée et départ sans souci. Sur place Anna était également très réactive. Un grand merci à vous ! Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de cet endroit typique de la Toscane 🌞🇮🇹❤

The house was as it was listed on AIRBNB, we arrive to the house easily with the help of a person who waited for us at a designated place. The house has a beautiful green area and a great terrace to stay at night when is cooler. The living room is spacious with a dinning table , useful when you don't want to go out. The kitchen is well equiped, has everything you need for a vacation. There is a second floor where the rooms are with a small terrace and a laundry area. The 3 rooms are spacious and clean. There are many windows with mosquito nets to open at night without having to worry about the mosquitos. The only one you can not leave open is the door at the entrance. THe communication with the host was always fast and got a response really fast. It is a very confortable house close to the beach in a safe piazza of PUnta Ala close to everything.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. Ruhig, mit schöner Aussicht und trotzdem nicht zu weit vom nächsten Ort und dem Strand. Wir würden wieder kommen.

First stop of our trip to Italy and we dealt with flight cancellations and major delays but Laura was a helpful and flexible host. She waited for us to arrive late, let us in and toured us around. Her space is exactly as described and in a great location to tour San Vincenzo, only wish we had more time! Thank you.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung für eine Familie. Zentral, aber ruhig mitten in Seccheto gelegen - praktisch mit eigenem Parkplatz, Waschmaschine & Trockner. Wir waren zum 2x dort.

Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral im Zentrum. Es gibt viele sehr gute Bars und Restaurants direkt in der Nachbarschaft. Massimo ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation mit ihm war unkompliziert, schnell und flexibel. Wir können Massimo uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

E' stato un soggiorno di lavoro, ma è stato tutto perfetto ed ha reso facile la permanenza come se fossimo a casa. Complimenti per l'ospitalità, consigliatissimo!

L'alloggio è molto bello e rispecchia la descrizione fornita dal proprietario. Nonostante non prenda molto bene il segnale, la casa è fornita di tutto il necessario per soggiornare più giorni comodamente. Unica pecca è quella del parcheggio che spesso, nel periodo di soggiorno, è risultato scomodo per l'assenza di posto vicino casa. Infine è da sottolineare la gentilezza dell'host che ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni necessarie, consigliando anche una trattoria poco distante in cui mangiare tipico.

Excelente vista e localização fantástica e o apartamento muito organizado

Lage und Ausblick sind hervorragend. Für die Ruhe und die schöne Natur nimmt man die Schotterstraße zum Anwesen gerne in Kauf. Ferienwohnung und Außenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt und ansprechend. Das Gastgeberteam ist sehr freundlich und tierlieb. Wir kommen gerne wieder einmal.
