The flat is great, cozy, exactly as shown in the photos. The condominium is very organized, lots of green space and quiet. Érica is always willing to answer our questions.

From the start of the reservation, Milenna supported us with tips to make the most of São João in the city and in Caruaru. The house was very well arranged and we had the great cleaning and food service provided by Liliane. Great experience!

Attention to detail made all the difference – from the super fragrant house to the treats left with affection. The location is great, perfect for resting and at the same time close to everything I needed. Communication with the host was quick, clear and very cordial. I felt truly welcome and at ease throughout the stay. I would definitely come back again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, well-kept and cost-effective place. A memorable weekend!

Marta's flat is SENSATIONAL, it is beyond the descriptions, and exceeds expectations. I dare say it's the best accommodation in Winterville, we felt at home. Marta is a host like few others, we'll be back soon.

We spent an Easter with a super quiet family! The condominium is quiet and the layout of the house brings privacy to it. The photos of the property are true to reality. The property is well served utensils in the kitchen, the house is well divided and all rooms are located on the ground floor. It is allowed to take pet. We'll be back more often.

It was all perfect, hosting with everything we need, Thays was super helpful with everything, the place itself has nothing to say, it has everything, thank you for everything and I highly recommend it!!

Great spot, just as advertised. The apartment is well equipped, comfortable and we receive everything extremely clean and organized. The condominium space is very nice and safe, however, the heating of the pool was not working. I will only make a few observations for those who want to stay with children and animals: the shape of the staircase requires a lot of attention because it is a descent and has some gaps that may be dangerous for the little ones.

The condominium is good, excellent location including the banks of BR232 but could be better taken care of, even though it is an old condominium, lack of care is clear. As for the apartment, the place is good and has cooking utensils, only the microwave was not working.

great place. everything is very close. the very good location. and the whole condominium is wheelchair accessible. only one thing. in the photos there is a little children's house that is no longer on the site. All leisure is just in the pools .
