Great location. Needed a place that accepted dogs and had a fenced in area - this house did and does. Nice property.

My wife and I stayed for one month. We were working in the area, the owner of the company also stayed with us for 2 weeks. We all had our privacy, but could enjoy each other's company when not working. The home is spacious and private. Samantha and the owners were very accommodating and responsive. We look forward to returning soon. To say the house was very clean is an understatement. I was squeaky clean. The game room is an added benefit. The out door sitting areas are very relaxing.

The location of Monica’s home was ideal for our needs in the area. The home was lovely and very well appointed. It felt like being ‘home’ while being in someone else’s home. I highly recommend this property to anyone who needs a stay in this area.

The house is absolutely beautiful and the pictures don’t do it justice. The kids loved being able to explore around the house and the views were phenomenal. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

We had a wonderful time at Jennifer’s home. Her parents, Ed and Kay welcomed us and made us feel right at home. They provided wine and delicious snacks for us and also gave us passes to Rumbling Bald. The place is right on the lake and absolutely beautiful. The inside is much more beautiful than in the pictures, as it is tastefully decorated and good quality linens and towels were provided. They had every thing available that we could need, expensive toiletries and plenty of floats and kayaks. I can’t say i’ve ever stayed at an air bnb that was so thoughtfully appointed before. We will definitely be back.

This is our second stay at David's studio apartment, and it never disappoints. It is the perfect location for anyone competing at the Foothills Equestrian and Nature Center (FENCE) which holds lots of horse shows (I'm hesitant to say this in case others book it before I can next time!). It is also easy to get in and out of for people with mobility issues (using a walker) - just one small step up from the driveway, otherwise smooth. I only wish I could have tried out some of David's local recommendations for places to see and restaurants - maybe we'll just have to come back for a non-horse-show visit sometime.

Tammy was a wonderful host and very responsive. She even took it upon herself to contact us and let us know we could check in several hours early. Her place was spotless and everything looked practically new. The "house rules" were short, sensible and not burdensome in the least. The kayaks were great fun and a wonderful amenity. It's also a very convenient location to a lot of the area attractions. It's almost right on a section of the Palmetto Trail, which we were there to bike. She even allowed us to store our bikes in the downstairs mud room, which was perfect to keep them secure and out of the way. The surround sound system was a cool amenity as was the huge shower with the multiple shower heads. Great getaway!

Rod and Lali’s airbnb is the perfect gem of a place! We will definitely come visit again. So close to everything, yet incredibly peaceful and relaxing. We were able to walk to the brewery at the bottom of the hill; also just a short walk to Main St. We also took a short walk on the new Ecusta trail to the new cafe (open 4 wks ago) and the Ecusta market (open since ‘24), should you need drinks, snacks, etc. The home is easy access, full size fridge, fully equipped kitchen, super comfortable bed with beautiful sheets, soft fluffy towels, and the pull out sofa was pre-made with sheets ready to go to quickly open at night for our daughter. Everything is super super clean, very modern and even had a washer & dryer for us to catch up on our laundry (we’d been on the rd for a few days). Fast wi-fi, Netflix capable, keurig coffee, tons of teas (the peppermint hit the spot the 1st night). It was hard to leave on check out day! Can’t wait to come back! We had the pleasure of staying at Melodie’s apartment while in town for a wedding. It was perfect for our family of 4. Our girls loved having their own bunk beds and the King Bed was very comfortable. Everything we wanted or needed was provided. Melodie was so gracious and very responsive. I only wish we had more time to spend at the place enjoying how beautiful and peaceful it all is. This couldn’t be located in a better area. Loved waking up to seeing the mountains and rolling hills. What a wonderful trip and we’ll be back!

Our stay at Hiker’s Hideawqy was perfect. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for coffee in the morning, meal prep, and tea in the evening. It’s a great location too. I’m sure we will be back!

Lita’s place was fabulous! The decor was well conceived and sophisticated and the layout is really functional and roomy! As tall people, we loved the really high ceilings and the enormous windows create a very spacious and light filled abode surrounded by nature. The kitchen is well stocked w gas for cooks and a nice outdoor fire-pit for s’mores! The primary bathroom is incredibly large as well the primary walk in closet. The quickest trip we have ever had to the horse show and local attractions-we will definitely be back!

The Vineyard Villa is absolutely perfect for a 2-couples or 4 girlfriends getaway. Perfectly appointed villa, beautifully decorated, comfortable bedding and furniture, full kitchen with everything you need to make a meal, and 2 lovely full bathrooms. Beautiful outdoor seating area for enjoying the view of the vineyards. Secluded and oh so quiet! You have full privacy, but the owners are close by if you should ever need anything. Bring casual food, books and games, and buy wine at the vineyard and your perfect getaway awaits!! We will be back!!

Alex & Josh were great host! Communicated clear & easy check in and check out instructions and were check in with us throughout our stay. The cabin itself was beautiful and clean, it was stocked with everything we needed pretty much in the kitchen and bathrooms. There were little chocolates on all the beds when we arrived, there were all different types of towels, to bathe, pool towels even make up towels which was , little thoughtful details we appreciated. The location was really great! My boyfriend and I were able to do a bunch of hikes near by but also be close enough to enjoy the downtown Asheville area. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, would definitely return!

Highly recommend this place! We rented it for a bridal/bachelorette party weekend for five women, and it was marvelous! Early instructions about check in were informative. We lived in the hot tub. When there was an issue on Friday evening, we contacted the host who responded within the hour. Kitchen worked great for our personal French cooking lesson. We had a blast playing pool downstairs. And oh how the beds were comfortable, with great sheets to boot! Great views out the living room and kitchen to enjoy your morning coffee. What a great place!

I had an amazing stay at Casey’s place! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—peaceful and scenic, with beautiful views of Lake Lure. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful decor and extra amenities. Casey was a fantastic host—quick to respond, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay in Lake Lure!

This place was everything we didn’t know we needed. Tucked away in the quiet beauty of Lake Lure, it felt like our own little escape. The house was clean, cozy, and had so many thoughtful touches. We started each morning with coffee on the deck and ended each night under the stars—it was peaceful in a way that’s hard to put into words. Our family made real memories here, and we’re already talking about coming back.

This place is AMAZING!! More than enough room for our family which included 10 adults and 2 small children. The decor was beautiful and the home was comfortable and homey. Krista and Graciano were super responsive and very accommodating. They went above and beyond by leaving things like beach toys and swim goggles for the kids, some fun hats for Memorial Day, and everything we needed to make s’mores. Our family owned a home in Chimney Rock that we completely lost due to hurricane Helene. It had become tradition for Memorial Day to be the designated weekend for our entire family to come together. It was so hard to not be able to continue that tradition this year. Although very different, Graciano and Krista’s home was the perfect place for us to continue our Memorial Day tradition. The home has so much to offer on its own that we barely used any of the amazing amenities that the resort has to offer!
