It has all the modern conveniences and is nestled at Gilbert Landing, 1 mile from downtown and 15 min to TIEC. We are dog-friendly, with host approval. There is a $99 pet fee for one dog. You will be staying in a gated community, so parking is no problem. The bathroom has a large walk in shower (with grab bars) and the bedroom is equipped with a large Sony TV. This is a great place to stay if you ride, as my house is on the FETA trails. If you're showing at TIEC, Fence or Harmon Field, I'm only 10 minutes away.

The decor is contemporary and spacious, with all the conveniences of home. Speed limit is 10 MPH, we have pets and are a working farm! MAX OCCUPANCY 4. Additional $150 will be charged for additional guests. $250 non-refundable fee for 1 pet and $400 for 2 pets. Pets must be crated when not home.
