Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Poljane

Alenka was super-friendly, helpful and understanding. We can really recommend staying at this apartment house if you want to live as close to the sea as possible in Izola. Mornings and evenings were really calm, throughout the day it got quite crowded. Bars are nearby to relax and get food, music was okay for us. Downstairs lives another family member, very friendly and easy to talk to. Thank you!

The Blue Doors apartment was comfortable & cozy. The only drawback was the narrow 28 steps to apartment but once you got your luggage up, it was ok going up & down during the day, not for anyone w/walking problems. Although we ate all meals out, the kitchen was well equipped for light cooking. On the ground floor was another kitchen with a larger cooktop & oven, as well as washer & dryer. Our first day we had a problem regulating the shower water temperature, since we weren't used to European fixtures. Once we were shown how to turn the hot/cold knob on the left firmly towards us, we could control temperature. But you had to be quick, as water heater only held enough hot water for about a 10 min shower. It had to refill (10 mins) before next shower. No big deal-time management needed!! The rooftop terrace was just as pictured but again narrow staircase. It was refreshing to sit up there. Maja told us about Scuba for dinner/delicious. It was very quiet in evening. Enjoyed our stay.

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten und ruhigen Urlaub in Daijas Unterkunft. Die Wohnung war gepflegt und modern ausgestattet. Sie bot allen Komfort: In der Natur gelegen, den Pool als Erfrischung nach Ausflügen und fußläufig gelegen zur kleinen, entzückenden Stadt Bale. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt! Darija ist superfreundlich und hat uns bei allen Fragen toll unterstützt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!!

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist super schön und sehr sauber; die Küche toll ausgestattet - alles wie auf den Fotos. Der nahegelegene Kiesstrand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar - mit netter Strandbar zum Wohlfühlen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen - wir mögen es gerne etwas ruhiger, der Strand war nicht überlaufen. Zum Einkaufen und für des Restaurantbesuch benötigt man aber das Auto.

Truely spotless and neat apartement with a great balcony & view over the sea and mountains! Really quiet house, super efficient AC and good bed & pillows- we slept so well. Coffee machine and cereal bowls were great as we like to have slow breakfasts on holidays. Bars and grocery store just around the corner, walking distance from the shopping area. Luka was very friendly, and we really enjoyed our stay. If I’ll come back to Rijeka, I know, where to stay. Thanks for making our holiday special!

We stayed for two weeks in the house as a family and we highly recommend it to all! It is fully equipped with everything you may need as a family, to have a very comfortable stay! It has two very spacious bedrooms and very good facilities for laundry and meal preparation. The location is fantastic in the old town of Koper and everything is a short walk away to explore as well as bus and taxi station just a few minutes away! The house was super clean and fully ready for us when we arrived and the hosts welcomed us in the best possible way! Overall a great find and we hope to stay again when we next visit Koper!

Very friendly and nice. could check-in before , as soon as appartmemt was clean. Received also a nice wellcome wine. Everything for baby was already waiting for us and was free of charge. There is a fee for dogs, but that is normal. Location is really great-near beach and still walkable to the city center and also near a supermarket.

Muy buena experiencia, justo a unos pasos del mar, muy bien ubicado y muy amplio. Atendieron rápidamente nuestras solicitudes y fue un excelente lugar para descansar y salir a caminar.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen und war wie beschrieben. Elena und Marco waren immer sehr gut zu erreichen und stets bemüht alle Anliegen schnell zu lösen. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Nach jedem Ausflug war es ein Highlight wenn man zurück kam, das Tor öffnete und in den Hof fuhr. Wirklich empfehlenswert! Im Ort selbst ist jetzt nicht wirklich was zu Unternehmen, allerdings gelnagt man von dort aus schnell zu sehr schönen Orten.

Schönes Haus mit super Lage und Features wie zB Grilllounge oder den Terrassen. Aussicht ist grandios (aber keine direkte Sonne mehr ab dem späten Nachmittag). Die Wohnungen sind in einem super Zustand und gut ausgestattet. Werner, der Gastgeber, ist sehr nett und hat gute Tipps parat bezüglich Restaurants usw. Ein paar Punkte, speziell bei großen Gruppen: Das Haus steht sehr nah an einheimischen Nachbarn und somit gibts schnell mal Probleme (v.a. Lautstärke). Natürlich absolut nachvollziehbar, dass die Nachbarn auch ihre Ruhe wollen besonders wenn stets größere Gruppen da sind aber dies sollte in der Beschreibung konkret stehen. Leider auch keinerlei Beleuchtung auf den Terrassen oder den Outdoorbereichen. Auch noch zu erwähnen ist, dass der Werner fast jeden Morgen vorbei kommt und sich um die Pflanzen /den Pool kümmert, wenn man das als Mieter nicht übernimmt. Hat uns nicht gestört aber manche empfinden das vielleicht als unangenehm. Fazit: schönes Anwesen für ruhige Urlauber

La casa è bellissima, corrisponde alle foto pubblicate, ma dal vivo e’ ancora più bella. L’abbiamo trovata pulitissima, e davvero super accessoriata, dal robot aspirabriciole a tutti gli utensili possibili per la cucina, tantissimi piatti, tazze, bicchieri, coltelli di ogni tipo, c’è perfino il capouccinatore. L’idromassaggio e’ meraviglioso. La posizione e’ davvero ottima per raggiungere in pochissimo tempo tutte le spiagge dell’isola. A 5’ di auto ci sono tanti supermercati molto forniti. Thomas dell’agenzia immobiliare è gentilissimo e davvero disponibile, e la proprietaria altrettanto. Davvero un soggiorno 5 stelle! Davvero un soggiorno

Wunderschöne ruhige Lage. Wir waren mit drei Familien da -dafür ist es die perfekte Unterkunft. Wir konnten jeden Morgen und Abend ganz entspannt auf der Terrasse gemeinsam essen. Viele Schlafzimmer mit Bädern , so dass das auch mit den vielen Menschen und Kindern ganz einfach war. Sehr nette und schnelle Kommunikation mit Francesco. Ca 20-30 min von sehr schönen Strand entfernt. Kleine Wanderung nach Groznjan direkt vom Haus aus möglich. Wir hatten eine super Zeit und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen ! Vielen lieben Dank!

Wir sind so freundlich und persönlich empfangen worden. Sie ist so hilfsbereit. Wenn wir fragen hatten kamen Antworten zügig. Alles war so sauber. Die frische der Wohnung kam uns sofort entgegen was uns wie nach zu Hause anfühlte. Alles sauber und Pool herrlich. Wir bekamen leckereien von Ihr. Was ich so süß fande. Ich würde alles in einem sagen das wird nicht unser letzter Urlaub da sein. Bucht die Wohnung ihr macht kein fehler.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits très agréable. Evjezdana a été très accueillante, nous a recommandé restaurants et activités. L'appartement est très confortable, refait à neuf, très propre et très bien équipé. La literie est particulièrement confortable. Merci, nous reviendrons.

L'appartement est spacieux, agréable, calme, très bien équipé et parfaitement bien situé pour visiter Izola, Piran...L'environnement est très agréable avec de nombreuses balades au départ de la maison permettant d'admirer le paysage côtier. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Franko qui nous a offert des produits locaux. Je ne peux que recommander cette adresse.

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und liegt super! Man gelangt von hier aus überall schnell hin, ist mitten im Leben und kann einfach runter gehen, um ein Restaurant zu suchen, einen Wein zu trinken oder was man eben machen möchte.🙂 Gianclaudio ist sehr freundlich und hat geholfen, als es nicht gleich mit dem WLAN geklappt hat. Wir hatten Glück bei der Parkplatzsuche, bei der wir auch den Tipps gefolgt sind. Vielen Dank!

La casa è un vero e proprio gioiellino incastonato in un edificio storico e dal fascino d'altra epoca. La posizione è ottima, vicinissima al centro. Il proprietario è estremamente gentile e disponibile. Ritorneremo!

The location of the flat is amazing! We felt cozy and at home very very quickly. The flat is very spacious, was super clean and the bed and sofa were very comfortable. But most of all, Donatella is such a kind and friendly host, that really made the difference ❤️ thank you!

Paolo and Karen's apartment is centrally located in the historical area of Trieste - great as a base to travel and visit family/friends ! Clean, spacious 2 bedroom apartment in perfect location. Close to bars, restaurants, the marina, Piazza Unitá, Piazza della Borsa, 15 min walk from the train station, numerous supermarkets and public transport. Location makes it easy to walk the city and explore. Paolo and Karen were responsive to queries and requests and were there to provide recommendations and assist when required (even needing to purchase a new toaster). Thank you for your hospitality and allowing us to stay in your apartment while we visited magical Trieste!

Bellissimo appartamento in piazza a Capodistria. Zona molto tranquilla e ben servita. C'è un grande parcheggio sotterraneo a 5 minuti a piedi (scarsi) dall'appartamento. Ci sono un panificio, due bar, un supermercato a meno di 50 metri dall'appartamento e questo è un aspetto assolutamente positivo. Le stanze sono ben organizzate e la zona giorno è molto ampia e luminosa. Un appartamento pulito e ben organizzato con tutto il necessario. La cucina è molto organizzata e con tanti utensili, tostapane, due macchine per il caffè, bollitore... insomma, tutto quello che può servire!

We throughly enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was very clean and had plenty of space! We also appreciated the perfect location! Caterina was also very easy to contact, would highly recommend!

We visited this place in late August, early September. The place is as described and easy to find. Having a parking spot is a huge plus. However, it's about 100 meters or so away from the house. You need to walk a few steps to get to it too. The house is on the hill above the main attractions. So, coming back up the hill may be challenging for some people. The apartment itself is great and had everything we needed. The temps were in the thirties Celsius during our stay and air conditioner was working great. The hosts were really friendly and responsive and helped us to find things that we needed. We had great time during our stay there.
