Charmant duplex de 85 m² dans un quartier calme à 5 minutes (en voiture) du centre ville du Puy-en-Velay, également desservi par les bus (ligne 4 ). Nous occupons l'autre partie de la maison pendant votre séjour (entrées indépendantes). Les draps et serviettes sont fournis. Parking gratuit et privé à côté de la maison. Idéal pour un couple et jusqu'à 4 personnes (un lit double + 2 matelas d'appoint dans espace commun). N'hésitez pas à demander à loger pour une nuit, c'est parfois possible.

For chilly evenings, there's nothing like a flame in the stove to warm the atmosphere or enjoy a cocooning evening; for this, take advantage of the available stove.

Small and charming village house (90 m2) on 3 levels, completely renovated in 2023 with private garden and private heated pool, located in Haute Loire in the heart of Polignac at the foot of the fortress. Polignac has been classified as the most beautiful village in France since 2022. Very pleasant to stay for 4 to 6 people (2 couples or a family with 3/4 children). Ideal for spending time with family and discovering Puy en Velay and its surroundings of Velay and Haute-Loire.

Bienvenue au moulin de l'Age dans le petit village de Vourzac. Nous vous accueillons dans un charmant meublé spacieux de 80 m², attenant à notre proprieté, pour 1 à 4 pers. Dans le cadre verdoyant, bercé par le ruisseau, vous apprécierez la quiétude, la fraîcheur du lieu. Chauffage au poêle à granules, non compris dans le tarif de location, 6€ par sac de granules. Si vous desirez forfait ménage : 30€ Sinon merci de laisser le meublé aussi propre que vous l'avez trouvé.
