We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnik Landscape Park.

In the old German farm, far from other buildings, we have preserved the stone walls and the atmosphere of old architecture. At the same time, the rooms are modern and minimalist. Natural materials - stone, brick, wood - create a space for relaxation. This place offers comfort understood as a return to basic needs: silence, peace and closeness to nature.

The bedroom has its own dressing room and offers a luxurious double bed, in the living room there is a sofa bed for full sleeping. Chalupa Blije is a beautiful detached luxury holiday home with a sauna. The house is suitable for renting up to 8 people and has a living area of 135 m2. Chalupa Blije is located in the picturesque village of Božanov, in the middle of the Broumovsko nature conservation area. Characteristic in this area is the ridge Broumovské Steny with its unique jagged sandstone cliffs, vistas and viewpoints.
