Our wooden cottage has been designed in a modern and functional way. We tried to blend in perfectly with the surroundings and not to disturb the nature that surrounds us from all sides. Our small village has not succumbed to time, everything works here as before. There is no shop, no restaurant, no tourists, only silence and nature. The village is surrounded by meadows and the Puszcza Piska forest, 10 km to the nearest towns. Cranes and countless water birds invite you to a daily spectacle. Here you will find peace

Our cottage is located on the very old town, so you can enjoy peace, quiet and beautiful views. A stay in the village of Budne is a perfect break from the city buzz. The cottage is located in the center of the Biebrza National Park, where you can easily meet a moose, hear geese and the croaking of frogs During the stay, guests have at their disposal the entire cottage, a fairly large terrace, a place for a bonfire and a barbecue. It’s all about nature! This adorable wooden cottage is located on a little slice of lakeside wilderness. It is serene, peaceful located 3km from the main road 63 and motorized boat are not allowed on the lake. You'll be surrounded by mature trees and a variety of birds and animals. There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private, clean and comfortable. Perfect for people who love nature and want to relax!

The house is 200 metrs away from v. clean lake that is 5km long, and deep in areas for divers, meadows, forests, storks, beavers, sauna, beautiful hikes, close to ski area, cycling, kayaking in our kayak, diving, bird watching. You’ll love this place because of it being totally natural, made of straw bales. The great kitchen with woodburning fire, heated bench, hammocks, the outdoors space, the light, the sunsets. Great for retreats, couples, solo adventurers, families, big groups, and pets.

City Escape house at the lake Morzycko

A charming place at the beautiful lake: perfect for a city getaway, romantic time for two or a weekend with friends & BBQ. Right at bike trail Blue Velo! House is very cosy, fully equipped, heated. The quiet zone on the area of Morzycko lake ensures a peaceful rest without the sounds of motorboats or scooters. Kayak and comfortable rowing boat are included in the price! Masuria is a beautiful region of Poland where natural lakes surround us on all sides. For us, contact with the ubiquitous Masurian nature is especially important. That's why only six houses are located on a large area at comfortable distances for guests. The glass in the living room and the spacious terrace provides unique views regardless of the time of day or year (the houses have a fireplace and central heating). The shared area consists of extensive lawn areas and a vegetable garden.

This atmospheric place is for people looking for respite: silence and proximity to nature - lakes (direct, individual access to the lake on a wide terrace),  meadows, forests of the Tuchola Forest, as well as the possibility of active leisure (kayak, boat,  bicycles available) - will allow you to regain peace and vitality. The cottage is arranged in such a way that it allows you to find both individual spaces and a common area by the fireplace, a spacious table or on the terrace.
