This place is beautiful. The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning. We saw the stars and heard owls at night. Has everything you need to make breakfast and do some basic cooking if you can be bothered, but there's lots of places to eat in the likes of Bol, with quite a few still open in the shoulder season. It is next to another kind of boutique hotel/airbnb thing but you're still afforded relative privacy from the terrace. Marijan gave us solid instructions on how to get there, but we still drove past the turn off so better to get there in daylight if you can. You will need a car. All in all such an amazing stay, the island of Brač has so much to offer, and this is a particularly idyllic spot. Thank you!

It is a great location and is very picturesque. The online pictures don't do it justice. The house has everything you need and more. We met with Mario on arrival, who welcomed us and provided us with handy local information.

We spent two beautiful and relaxing weeks in the vacation home "Piccolo Paradiso." We were warmly welcomed by Ivana on site and received a quick answer to our questions via WhatsApp. Everything was exactly as described!

We have just returned from a holiday in this beautiful villa and we simply have to share our delight! We were looking for accommodation that offers complete privacy and relaxation, and this villa exceeded all our expectations. Nestled amidst unspoiled nature, the villa offers an incredible sense of peace and tranquility. Starting the day with the chirping of birds and fresh air, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, was a real balm for the soul. The pool was an absolute hit! Spacious, clean and with enough deckchairs for everyone - ideal for morning refreshment or afternoon enjoyment under the sun. We especially liked that the pool was completely private, which allowed us to relax without any interference. The garden is a story in itself. Beautifully decorated, with plenty of greenery and colorful flowers, and a multitude of vegetables, it is a true work of art. Every corner of the garden exudes care and love, providing the perfect ambience for evening gatherings or simply enjoying the silence. The child loved to explore every corner! This villa is not just accommodation, but a unique experience.

A wonderful week at Nico’s place. It was a great setup for the family - My daughter (4yrs old) loved the pool and the local catties. As for locations is ideally situated in the middle of the island - 25mins to the national park to the north and 28mins to glorious sandy beaches. We will back on the coming years.

Very nice accommodation. Highly recommended! What is nice is that you can easily walk to the village where you have all kinds of restaurants, small supermarkets and a cozy little harbor. Highly recommended to rent a boat locally. 1 point for improvement is the limited cabinet space for your clothes. There were four of us and then 1 closet is a little bit. One tip is to order the food of the owner's mother. It's really delicious!

I had a great stay at Tom’s villa! It’s in a beautiful setting with incredible views of the Adriatic and the mountains in the distance, with a sparkling pool and vineyards in between - stunning! Shops and restaurants nearby were open during the first few days of my stay but closed down in early October. Plenty of great restaurants in Jelsa though which was still walking distance from the villa (3km). Tom had wine, and other drinks in the fridge and snacks on the table prior to checking which was so appreciated and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking (spices, oils, etc). Don’t hesitate, if you’re looking for a great villa in a perfect setting, book Villa Tomic!

We spent an incredible 6 nights here. The views are out of this world. We loved the easy access to Sveta Nedilja's small but beautiful beach just below the house. The property has so many options for outside seating and lounging, and every corner is as beautiful as the next. We also loved the local restaurant, a 2 minute walk away! Marija is a wonderful, warm and kind host who made us feel so welcome. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Wonderful secluded farmhouse apartment. Very responsive host that gave us perfectly clear instruction as well as good recommendation for the area. Having a car is a necessity as most things are 20-25 min away. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Kozica! Everything about it was perfect — from the peaceful location surrounded by nature to the thoughtful design and comfort of the home itself. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable holiday. Ivan was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always available if we needed anything but also gave us complete privacy. You can tell a lot of care and love went into creating this space — it's even better than the photos! If you're looking for a quiet retreat in the Croatian countryside this is the place to be. A truly idyllic place to unwind. We had a lovely week of swimming, kayaking and relaxing away from people (the property can only be accessed by boat so it is very peaceful and quiet). The host was very communicative - we can definitely recommend and would love to return to this unique property again!!

We were very satisfied with the accommodation located right next to the sea, literally a few steps away. The apartment was well equipped, the kitchen surprised us beyond our expectations, we found everything we needed in it (oven, stove, many plates, bowls, cutlery, pots, ladles, glasses, ...). Everything was clean and perfectly prepared. The double bed was very comfortable. The host Matej responded quickly and promptly to messages, provided an accurate description of where the accommodation is located. The host Maria was already waiting for us at the place, she showed and explained us everything, gave us many recommendations where to go on the island of Mljet. Much appreciated the care and kind attitude of host Maria, she adds value to this nice place. We had a great time and would love to come back.

Such a wonderful place to stay! The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful, even giving us a lesson on how to cook BBQ properly. They provide kayaks, perfect for exploring the island, and the peaceful surroundings make it an ideal spot to relax. The house is fully equipped with everything you could need. Truly, the most helpful hosts we’ve ever had! 100% recommendation!

Very nice and large apartment, like new, very well-equipped. The view is relaxing and I'll be curious to see the village when the road works are completed, as there is great potential. It is conveniently located for taking a trip by car. In addition, Ante is very hospitable and generous with local products.

Everything was perfect, the accommodation was just as expected and the pool areas was even better than we thought. Antea is so friendly, you feel welcomed and helped with information, a taxi number for getting round the island and restaurant recommendations. If you want to visit Jelsa, stay here!!

Very nicely furnished apartment. Everything is available, very clean and well equipped

This turned out to be the ideal house for our first visit to the Croatian coast and nothing contributed more to a nearly perfect week for our group of four adults. The screen-saver worthy view off the terrace—light shifting through the day as sailboats came and went—gave us a lovely backdrop from morning coffee to the evening cocktail. It came with everything we needed for cooking, grilling, paddling and swimming. The house was cool from breezes by day and by the strong AC on the hotter nights. Susan and Ivan were responsive from booking to departure, but never intrusive. It was a great base for exploring, with multiple beaches by foot or kayak in the local coves and and many others a drive away. (We were very glad to have brought a rental car; we met others struggling with the bus system. A boat would been great.) wonderful running routes as well, something not easy to find in an island of strep hills We’ve done many rental houses; this one is definitely high on the return list.
