Atypical, new house, located between the port of Kérity and the Eckmühl lighthouse. You'll enjoy a view of the lighthouse from every room and a view of the ocean from the upper bedroom. On foot, the ocean is a minute away, the lighthouse is 2min away and the port of Kérity is 5 minutes away! You will stay in an entirely wooden house, eco-designed. On stilts, located on a large lot, wooded to the South and East. 2 parking spaces at the entrance. There are no shutters in the upstairs bedroom.
