Monthly Rentals in Pointe-à-Pitre

I stayed here for 6 nights and had the studio on the second floor facing the back of the building. The building was easy to find, my studio was very clean, the A/C and the internet worked fine and everything looked like the published photos. Karine and her husband are great hosts and very responsive to my requests. I could walk to the two main bus stations in 10 minutes and to a supermarket and the main square and waterfront in 500 meters. I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely come back to stay here if I could visit Guadeloupe in the future.

The apartment is exactly as described, very beautiful. On the other hand, it is located in a popular area, noisy at certain times and has a lot of steps to get there. For a person with limited mobility like my mother, it's difficult. Nonetheless, a great apartment!

People are always willing to help. A modern, very clean apartment with a properly equipped kitchen. On the other hand, little storage for food if we plan to cook I enjoyed my short stay. I would gladly go back when the renovations of the building opposite are finished, because early on some mornings (only downside). If you plan to check out early, then no worries. The nights are tranquil.

Very easy accommodation coming from the airport with magnificent views of the marina. Restaurants are at the foot of the apartment. Loïc is very responsive if we need him. And availability of water in case of outage: very convenient!!
