This was our second time staying at Lara Short Stays ... and, to be honest, it is now the first place we check for accommodation when we are visiting Lara / Geelong region. Julie is very easy to communicate with and the property is fabulous, inside and out!! Even with other guests on the homestead grounds, it is peaceful and quiet. Dad and I look forward to many future stays in the Hidden Cottage!!

The property is quite new, very clean, and fully furnished. Wifi and Netflix are available. It is in a nice, quiet location but a bit far from the CBD. However, the train station is just a few minutes away, so catching the train was a better way to get around. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. We did feel like home. Highly recommended 👌

what a wonderful place to stay, we felt right at home , safe comfy and relaxed. we had a late check in as we were coming from Canberra and the hosts were so nice. there was organic shampoo, conditioner and body wash which were allergen free. I was so happy about this as I'm allergic to sodium laureth sulfate x very common in soaps and shampoos. I'm looking forward to staying here again in the future x
