Beach house holiday rentals in Point Lonsdale

Debbie's house was is wonderfully located for beach access & a peaceful getaway. We were visited by Wallabies & Kookaburra's each day which was so special for our kids to experience. Cowes is a short drive for all amenities. We had a lovely time. Debbie's was responsive & very friendly & helpful host. We will definitely try to return in future.

This would have to be one of my favorite places , across from the beach with easy access sitting on the balcony watching the sun setting was amazing , beds a comfy and it was equipped with everything you could possibly imagine for your comfort for a home away from home , my dog Malle loved sitting in deck watching the world go by .. he was secure and safe in the front yard . Jennifer was an amazing host , very responsive , overall a wonderful location , close to the bustling Mornington shopping strip and a cafe just down the road . Highly recommend Jennifer’s lovely beachside home .

We loved staying here! The accommodation is beautiful, comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. Right across from the beach for walks or just watching the sunset. Close to the town for shops/restaurants. Easy drive to some excellent walks, sightseeing, etc. Communication with Scott was great. Would definitely stay again if we are back on Phillip Island.

The Airbnb exceeded our expectations, the photos didn’t do it justice. So beautiful, clean and we had everything we needed plus more! All 8 of our guests were so grateful to stay in such a stunning spot, definitely felt like a home away from home. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to book! Lovely little gem, easy to get the bus into town to have a few wines! John was the loveliest host and made us feel really comfortable, showed us his impressive wine-making, gave some great local advice and made sure we got on the right bus to town for dinner.

We've just returned from the most magnificent 3-night stay at NETHERBY WATERS BEACH HOUSE! It was the perfect house for a super comfortable multi-generational family holiday. The living area is spacious and homely with a fabulous view of the ocean from the sunny deck where birds come to feed! The bedrooms are comfortable and clean and the bathrooms were so well stocked with all of the essentials! In particular it was fantastic to be able to cook in the excellent kitchen and have everything required to hand without having to stock up on essentials like oil, herbs and spices. The hosts were fast and responsive and very accommodating of our requests around check in dates and check out times. We look forward to booking the home for another stay in the future.

Our fourth stay at Deb and Mary’s was just as relaxing and comfortable as it always is. We highly recommend this gorgeous house, both for its location and for how modern and well-equipped it is. The two living areas make it a fantastic choice for an extended family group. Thanks Deb for being the best communicator and for making us feel at home. We’re already missing it and looking forward to next year’s visit.

This place is beautifully located and cosy. We watched the sunset every night and enjoyed chilling out on the deck outside. It was so peaceful and lovely being so close to the beach. We loved it so much that we stayed on extra night. Simon is a responsive and friendly host too!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. With three families, we needed plenty of space, and this home was perfect—large, comfortable, and well-equipped for a group. There were plenty of bedrooms to accommodate everyone, making it an ideal setup. The pool was a highlight—warm and inviting, especially in the afternoons, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. One of our favourite features was the gazebo overlooking the pool area. It provided a great spot for the some of the parents to relax while still keeping an eye on the kids as they swam and played. The location couldn’t be better! It’s an easy walk to both the beach and local shops, and even our younger kids managed the walk with no trouble. Having everything so close by made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, this home was a wonderful place for a family getaway, and we’d love to come back again!

I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this property ! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the entire space felt peaceful and private. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Clear instructions were provided for check-in/check-out, and they even left a lovely welcome note and a few local treats, which was such a kind gesture. The location was perfect — quiet and safe I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. This property is the best holiday house I have ever been into in Australia. Top notched, meticulous design, warm and high end house.

Absolutely lovely, very spacious and well appointed family home shared with us. Nice quiet surrounds with great outdoor areas. Being pet friendly was a great advantage. Everything was there, didn’t need for anything. Fully stocked pantry, toiletries and fridge essentials. Games and books in abundance. Entire property very clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. Exceptional host. Will need to include the whole family for our next stay.

We couldn’t be happier with our time at this home. It was beautifully clean, well appointed and had everything you need. The home was so convenient to the shops, a short stroll away. We stayed in April and the surrounds were very quiet and peaceful.

Frank was a great host & left simple checkin instructions. The house was as described & was excellent for a large group (16), with good indoor & outdoor entertainment areas. Slightly inconvenient having to provide your own linen given we were a large group - but this was outlined in the listing & Frank's reminder message. Would definitely stay again.

This place was such a nice stay. It really felt like we were in a villa in Bali. The hosts were very responsive and accomodating. Check in and check out was simple and easy. Being the start of winter we unfortunately couldn’t make the most of the outdoor area. We will definitely be booking again in the warmer months!

We had a great stay for the long weekend. House was cosy and warm with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Location is great for a nice beach walk and the table tennis was a hit with the kids. Highly recommend Chris and Amanda’s house.

We spent four fabulous nights at Relax on Q in Queenscliff. The house was really well presented, thoughtfully appointed, very spacious, and spotlessly clean. The second living space with the table tennis table and darts was really popular with the kids (and the adults too). The location was very central, allowing us to easily walk or ride to the wonderful Queenscliff township and surrounds. Maureen was a really responsive host and the the welcome treats on arrival were really appreciated. It was a fantastic stay and we can't recommend it highly enough. 😊

It was very lovely staying at the Ruby’s cottage in the weekend. We went two teenagers and a dog. The cottage provides everything that we needed and it’s very clean. The location is easily found and getting around. We went to a dog beach’s near by, so fun. We also spent sometime in Queenscliff. We also had a go with an escape room at Queenscliff marine Museum . Overall, it was surely a lovely weekend away. We highly recommend!

Wonderful home that’s well supported by property management. We had a great stay during a difficult time and Coastal Hideaways were a big part of making us feel really well supported.

Our large family thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay. Despite three days of rain, the home is perfect to share quality family time together as well as having fabulous access to the nearby village and beach - literally one street away. Kate was the perfect host and communicated very clearly and in a friendly manner right from the point of booking. We enjoyed the fire, the separate living zones and the expansive kitchen/living area. We had a lovely stay at Hannah’s place! Everything was clean and beautifully styled - walkable to shops and the beach which we loved!

Alison was very friendly and responsive and her beach shack was very cute, the beds are super comfy and it’s dog friendly. We love Lonny and our kids had a great time exploring the rock pools and our dog loved the local dog beach.
