Absolutely Stunning Stay! This stay was truly memorable. The views were unreal — panoramic ocean vistas and the most breathtaking sunsets right from the property. Every evening felt like a postcard moment. The space was clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. What made the stay even better was the host — incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our visit. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. If you’re looking for a place with unmatched views and a fantastic host, this is it. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

A charming little home in peaceful surroundings. The cozy living room, complete with a wood-burning stove, creates a welcoming atmosphere. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, with a great mattress - we slept so well! The host is highly responsive and helpful, offering plenty of useful tips and local recommendations. While the unpaved road leading to the house was quite rough, our low-clearance 2WD sedan managed it without issue.

I had know idea Manchester existed; until now. I came to know Manchester well with the opportunity to stay at Jess’s home. There are multiple views of the ocean whether lounging in the outdoor elevated living room; sitting on one of the many window seats outside; enjoying the outdoor spa, or taking in a stroll through the neighbor and Pomo Lake trail just a scant from Jess’s home. It was so peaceful inside and outside Jess’s home I found it challenging to leave. The home was spacious and well appointed. If as needed assistance; Jess was responsive and went out of his way to accommodate my needs during my stay. I can only hope Jess’s home will remain available to visit for the foreseeable future. I plan to return I. The next month or so. I could not get enough of this sanctuary. And, the price was more than reasonable given what I received. Truly a treasure.

This place looks like it's straight out of Dwell magazine: heated concrete floors, soaring ceilings, massive windows (you get the idea) situated in a picturesque hamlet of homes. It does feel like you are in their home, so if you're looking for a curated space that only houses guests, it might not be the right fit for you. The private drive down to the miles-long people-free driftwood scattered beach couldn't be more scenic.

My husband and I stayed at Laura's cozy place for our five year anniversary and Valentine's Day, and we absolutely loved it! Laura left us a bottle of champagne and chocolate, which was so sweet and thoughtful. The house also had lots of amenities and made us feel right at home, from the board games to the fluffy blankets and the great heating system - we loved it! We will absolutely be back next time we're in Point Arena. 10/10

Sea Dream - Ocean Views & Private Beach!

The house has fantastic views and is very peaceful with lots of wildlife around, deer, does, foxes, and birds. We really relaxed and took daily trips to the surrounding areas. The private beach is so beautiful, our dog got a workout! Point Arena Lighthouse is worth the trip, and the wharf has a great pizza restaurant. Our dog enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the deer. The weather couldn't have been better; every day ended with sunny skies. Would definitely consider another trip to this house.
