Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

The linden estate

In an old village, you will be welcomed in a fully-renovated farmhouse. You will have access to a very large enclosed garden. All comodities are present in this peaceful home. The space is also equipped with material for babies and small children. From here, you will be 10 min by car from the medieval high town of Provins, one hour to medieval city Troyes; 40 min to Sens, one hour to Eurodisney. This country side getaway is perfect for families with children, ederly people, and animals.

Collegiate house with garden for 4 people

The house is at the foot of the Saint Quiriace collegiate church which plunges into the garden. It's an old canon's house. It has been tastefully restored. It has crazy charm and an incredible soul. It is located on a very quiet shaded square and the garden allows you to rest while admiring the dome of the collegiate church. You'll feel right at home here. The furniture has been antiqued and the decor is very neat. The beds are of hotel quality. Linens are old linen.

Charming two-room independent duplex, completely renovated, overlooking a beautiful common courtyard (large courtyard/lounge available). Located between the hiking trails of the Fontainebleau Forest and the Loing. Quality cleaning is provided by us (included in the price). Bike rental (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions on the last photo of the listing). Bike path to explore on the towpath of the Loing Canal (Scandinavian).

"Les Sapins Verts" Cottage

Located in the heart of Bassée-Montois, you will be accommodated with Stéphanie and Jean-Michel, owners of the premises, in this independent 110 m² vacation rental. Accommodation ideally located to reach the medieval city of Provins (15 min), a UNESCO World Heritage site, and the Château de Fontainebleau (40 min) Quiet, you can also rest, enjoy a beautiful terrace, swimming pool (not private/shared with the owners' family) and pétanque court.

It's a hole of greenery where a river sings…. Ideally located single-family home close to shops and tourist attractions. Maximum capacity 8 beds. Two double bedrooms and one children's or teens' "dormitory" bedroom. Ideal accommodation for large or blended families… Not accessible for people with reduced mobility (stairs!)
