It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. You can park your car in the shared square. Apartment for the exclusive use of guests. In summer it's always cool, even without air conditioning. Not equipped with a kitchen, but there is a microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine (with coffee), kettle and dishes.
