Our accommodation is located in the hills near Lake Bracciano, a 6-minute drive from the shores of the lake, 10 minutes from the center of Trevignano, a delightful village on the lake, full of restaurants, ice cream parlors, and Sunday markets. If you prefer to explore the interior, you can visit characteristic villages such as Nepi and Sutri, go cycling or horseback riding, relax in natural thermal waters, or base yourself here to visit the Eternal City (the center of Rome is 35/40 minutes by car).

Only 35 minutes from the north of Rome, an Italian villa with a blissful energy. It offers many spots to be in nature, the private beach, the pool, the secret garden, the marble table, the viewpoint patio, the terrace. Very nice in wintertime with its country surroundings, it will inspire you to relax and create. The view is stunning inside the house. Please note the Wi-Fi is slow, hotspot works and by law is requested a tourist tax of one euro a day per person. Nice to rent ebike for a tour.

The views from its windows over the lake and the characteristic roofs and alleys of the historic center are enchanting. The elegantly renovated apartment with fine woods consists of a living area with a fireplace (not usable), a kitchenette (induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine), a sleeping area and a bathroom with shower.
