Characteristic country house with exposed wooden beams, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with bunk bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. The 2 bathrooms with shower. Large and well-equipped kitchen. Dishwasher, wood-burning and electric oven, espresso machine. Large garden with barbecue, swimming pool and a hot tub. Expenses to be paid on-site based on consumption: wood €8 per box, LPG €6 per cubic meter, electricity €0.36 per kW. Wood will be provided for a barbecue and a hot bath in the hot tub for free.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, consisting of 2 bedrooms (possibility of making double or single beds depending on the needs of the customer), a bathroom, large living room and kitchen equipped for cooking. TV, (for those who request it, a washing machine is available from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. in our laundry room). To come to us, a car is recommended, to be independent, and to visit the Tuscan countryside. The apartment is two floors below the square, entirely dug into the tuff. Overlooking the valley, it is isolated from the noises of the street, quiet, private, and very welcoming. The tuff walls give it an ancient vibe to transport you to another time. It can be reached on foot, via a footbridge that takes you directly to the square where the property is located. It is perfect for short stays of complete relaxation, but with the fully equipped kitchen you can make the most of it.
