Byt sa nachádza v krásnej lokalite. Z jednej strany je Národný futbalový štadión a Zimný štadión Ondreja Nepelu a z druhej strany jazero Kuchajda. Centrum mesta je vzdialené 20 minút chôdze alebo 5 minút autom. V budove máte k dispozícii bezplatné parkovanie pre jedno auto. Dve veľké nákupné centrá sú vzdialené 5 minút chôdze - Vivo a Central. Räumlichkeiten: Eingangsbereich, Bad mit großzügiger Dusche ( 1,20m x1m), Waschbecken, eigene Waschmaschine, getrenntes WC, große Wohnküche, 2 Schlafräume mit jeweils einem Doppelbett. Alle Räume sind mit einer Zentralheizung ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist hell und modern eingerichtet. Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft.

In Kittsee, next village you can visit Chocolate factory and Castle or do the shopping in Parndorf Outlet.

Ein Schlafzimmer und eine Schlafcouch für 2 Personen im Wohnraum. Die Wohnung ist über eine Treppe im 1. Stock erreichbar.
