The barn sleeps 5, was updated in 2021 and has a spacious open plan living area with fitted kitchen & stylish wood stove. 1 double and 1 twin bedroom with en-suite bathrooms. Extra bed on mezzanine. Wooden deck opens onto our picturesque orchard. Shops and restaurants just 3 km away.

Langon Center House

Enjoy a stylish, bright and central 60 m2 accommodation with a 20 m2 outdoor terrace. Completely renovated, it is comfortable and in a good location. It consists of a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a 140 x 200 sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker... The city center, its shops and restaurants are within walking distance in less than 10 minutes Train station is a 10-minute walk away. The highway exit is a 3-minute drive.

Gîte de Laplagnotte

House in the heart of the vineyards, 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Emilion. Quiet environment. Three bedrooms including two modular (2 x 90 or 1 x 180). A couple with four children or three couples maximum can be accommodated. Sheets, beds and bath towels provided. Separate bathroom and toilets. Separate and fully equipped kitchen. Petanque and molkki area, garden table and chairs. BBQ. The gîte (110 m2) is an old winegrower's house completely renovated in 2018.

Located in the village center, the Ermitage cottage welcomes you to a lush, green setting where peace and quiet reign. The accommodation is situated in a former wine cellar attached to our home. It has a separate entrance. There is a bakery, a bar and tobacco shop, a pharmacy, a florist, a restaurant, a deli, a pizzeria, and a supermarket. You can also enjoy a large terrace overlooking the vineyard. A bioclimatic pergola allows you to relax in the jacuzzi all year round. A barrel sauna is also available on the terrace.
