Casita in the middle of a nice terrain, with many trees, a river that passes nearby and animals like ducks, chickens and roosters...The kitchen is fully equipped and being outside has its charm since you eat on the outside under a very nice big porch. Comfortable beds and large bathroom. Everything is with pleasure.

Amazing stay in this little slice of paradise, just steps from the beach and entrance to the national park. We were hosted very well and accompanied throughout our stay by Harold the Nicaraguan who takes care of the premises. He does a great job, he took a lot of time to talk with us and showed us plenty of animals in the garden (lazy, monkeys etc.)

Heidy's place is a perfectly located, cosy spot from which to explore Tortuguero, relax and go to the beach. Less than five minutes walk to centre of town and boat drop off and pick up place, at one end of the street and beach at the other. It is also very quiet and private, we enjoyed using the patio for quiet meals or drinks. The beach is beautiful and their was a sloth one night in a coconut tree on the beach. Heidy had arranged for us to be met when we stepped off the boat and a local guide showed us to the flat. Heidy was always super responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. Please note there is no air-conditioning or hot water in the shower, but that didn't bother us, the fan kept us cool at night. I would love to come back to Tortuguero and hope to stay at Heidy's again.

Everything was better than I imagined! When we got to the pavona to take the boat there was already a person waiting for us to give the directions. We arrived before the check-in time and were directed directly to the apartment, which is a 3-minute walk from the main points of the place and in front of the beach! It has a very nice balcony, and you can sleep very well to the sound of the waves of the sea! The apartment itself served us very well! Good bed, good shower, clean sheets and towels, all great! Come back for sure!

jimmy's attention was very good, I was very attentive to what we had a good experience, and was communicating with tour guides in case of anything. As soon as we arrived at the Pavona, there was someone waiting for us from the hostel giving us instructions to arrive without a problem in Tortugueros. The room was clean and tidy, there was air conditioning that helped keep the room cool. Thank you Jimmy for the concern and experience.

We had a great time. Jimmy was awesome. He was a perfect host and our tour guide the evening we went to look for turtles on the beach. We saw a turtle lay her eggs and cover up her nest. It was an amazing experience!

Eric’s place is wonderful, it’s a lavish villa with a beautiful garden with a river and wildlife. Great terrace to sit and watch nature. We loved the stay, highly recommended.
