Surrounded by meadows and fields, you can enjoy rural idyll with plenty of space to play and relax. Freiberg and the Erzgebirge are within easy reach – perfect for excursions, hiking or winter sports. The apartment is on the ground floor, above which a tenant lives. I am available any time. The apartment is on the second floor of a more than 300-year-old half-timbered house in traditional clay construction. The listed house has been professionally completely renovated and comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. The ecological construction ensures a very healthy indoor climate. In the garden there is also a rustic, wood-heated Finnish log cabin sauna, which we will gladly heat up for you for an extra charge of €15.

Simply SWITCH OFF at sunset

If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place. You can prepare your meals in the tiny house yourself or order an organic breakfast basket for a healthy start to the day. There is a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is planned.

Our charming vacation home in the picturesque Erzgebirge can accommodate up to 10 people and is the perfect retreat for those seeking peace and relaxation in nature. Nestled in the idyllic landscape and just steps away from the forest, the house is ideal for hikes and relaxing walks through untouched nature. The cottage is completely renovated in 2024 with all the amenities, combined with a loving decor to make you feel at home.

A romantic and quiet place in the heart of nature.

The cottage is located on the edge of the forest, 1,500 meters from the family Sport complex Klíny and running/cycling tracks. There are only two cottages in the immediate vicinity. Here you will find complete facilities for a long-term winter/summer holiday or just for a weekend stay with friends or family. In winter you will not be able to reach the cottage, you have to leave the car parked in a parking lot 300 m away.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV chair, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full bed for 1-2 people. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large wardrobe.

There is a possibility to create two more sleeping places on the sofa.
