If you're looking for seclusion and tranquility, you've come to the right place!The apartment (ground floor) for 2 people has a separate entrance. The sleeping-living area has a box-spring bed, wardrobe, armchair and a 55 inch TV. The modern bathroom is right next door. The dining area offers a kitchenette. A private parking space for you is right in front of the house on the premises. Storage for bikes is possible in the carport.

Cosy holiday apartment on the quiet outskirts – ideal for families with children. The charming house from before 1900 offers historic flair, but is partly noisy. Surrounded by meadows and fields, you can enjoy rural idyll with plenty of space to play and relax. Freiberg and the Erzgebirge are within easy reach – perfect for excursions, hiking or winter sports. The apartment is on the ground floor, with a tenant living above. I am available any time. Welcome to Possendorf. The property is located on a side street, which branches off from the B170 federal highway. The rooms are located in the converted basement of the detached house. In front of it, a covered outdoor seating area is available. The furnishings are new and functional. You can reach the living room with corner sofa and TV and small kitchen, the bedroom (bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m) and the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet via a separate entrance.

Our apartment is located in the beautiful Ore Mountains, in the middle of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. Suitable for couples, solo travelers, families with up to 3 children or even business travelers. Breakfast is available on request at an additional cost. Fantastic views from your rooms. In the garden nice seating/smoking area, partly covered. Playground, bakery, butcher and supermarkets close by. Gladly with a dog. Parking? Of course on our property.

Living with factory charm at the foot of the Chemnitz Kaßberg, a charming Wilhelminian-style neighborhood. You will stay in a cozy self-contained apartment (about 50 m²) under the roof. Space for up to four guests (two on the double bed in the bedroom, two on the 1.40 m sofa bed in the living room). Incl. Wi-Fi. Everything is furnished with a lot of love and a sense of detail - feel at home. Whether a short trip or a longer stay, the amenities are available.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the district of Chemnitz - Reichenhain. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower. The living room is furnished with a cozy couch, TV chair, flat screen TV, WiFi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full extra bed for 1-2 people. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large closet.

The apartment (35 m² bedroom, combined kitchen/living room, bathroom - each room separate) is located in the quiet district of Dresden Dölzschen, in a 2-family house plus the apartment. It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.

Nice small and cozy apartment for 3-5 people, quietly located directly on the edge of the forest with a fireplace. It is ideal for small families, couples or solo travellers to relax and leave everyday life behind. In the fully equipped apartment you can stay well with two adults and one child in the bedroom. It is possible to create two more sleeping places on the sofa.

Our beautiful apartment in the Erzgebirge village of Engel Grünhainichen consists of 2 rooms: a combined kitchen/living room with dining table, a living room/bedroom, a hallway and a large bathroom with shower and tub (approx. 40 square meters).

We have been renting out our holiday flat, which is in a quiet but central location (e.g. a 5-minute walk to the market or St. Annen Church), since November 2015. So far, we have welcomed over 1,000 guests :)
