Highly recommended apartment, right by the sea - just 10 minutes to Duss in the center of Saint- Maliô intra muros. Free parking at the church 5 min walk away - there is also a Carrefour City, which is open until 10 pm. Great apartment that offers everything, nice contact with Nathalie and Adam - great environment - highly recommended.

Very nice and tastefully furnished studio. We enjoyed the place in the heart of Binic. Restaurants, the beach, the Gr34 nearby. We were enchanted and intend to return and stay longer.

Thank you Severine for a lovely relaxing stay in L’Emeraude and for being such a welcoming host. The studio is very well equipped and the surroundings are beautiful. It’s also well placed for visiting St Malo, Dinan and Dinard and is a good location for cycling.

we spent 1 night in this super cute studio, very well arranged with everything you need. the place is super quiet indeed but it was perfect for us. super bedding, overhead projector at the top, super cool exterior, and thank you again for all the little touches on our arrival (cold cans, sweets, small cakes) we highly recommend and will keep this little corner in mind for a future stay. We spent a delightful week at this charming house in Erquy. Gill, the host, was fantastic—always quick to respond and very friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is superb! Within a short walk, you're at the harbor, town center, or one of several sandy beaches, perfect for relaxing or exploring the beautiful surroundings. Plus, there’s a great bakery nearby at 80 Rue Foch for fresh baguettes. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is newly renovated and perfect for cooking enthusiasts. Note that the stove is an induction hob, so bring an adapter if needed. A washing machine is also available, which was a nice convenience. Sleeping arrangements include four beds, with a double bed that’s on the smaller side—cozy for those who like to sleep close! Parking was generally manageable; although you can’t park directly at the house, we always found a spot about 100 meters away. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Excellent welcome from Franck who was lovely to us! The accommodation is even more beautiful than in the photos as well as its exterior (garden, barbecue). The bedding is very comfortable and the beds are spacious. I recommend it for a stay with friends or even family. We blend the old and the modern in a relaxing and pleasant setting where life is good.

This studio is perfectly positioned to walk into Dinan. It really is a stunning Town and Fran's studio is private, clean with everything you need.Fran is available when you need something sorting out and shows care and consideration for her guests.Probably the best AirBnb we have stayed in location wise and the nicest host we have experienced.And the studio is a great place to relax after a days touring the area with its own off road parking which is another great find.

Beautiful traditional farmhouse in a very peaceful and private setting surrounded by meadow and woods. Well equipped and comfortable accommodation. Will suit groups and larger families, especially if renting all 3 units on site.

Very nice house, well-equipped and clean with nice decor. Close to Cancale and the Pointe du Grouin. Michael advised us well for our stay.

Being an old binicese I really enjoyed the location and private parking

We had a pleasant stay, clean and nice house. Bed linens provided and possibility to have towels. Accessible pool ( provide children's armbands who can't swim because deep pool 1m55 ). Pleasant welcome, food truck present several times a week (fried crepes...). The only downside no airlock between the front door of the pool and the changing rooms and as the door was broken it had to remain open so the children were cold but it's really the only downside. Thank you for this stay , we will be back

We had a great time at Florence's house which has always been responsive and accommodating. We would recommend this small haven of peace without hesitation! The plus: a short walk from shops (great bakery "Maison Malécot" for lovers of good breads and cakes🙂) and the beach.

Anne's apartment is a rare find, spacious, quiet, bright, clean, very well equipped, there's everything, tastefully decorated, very charming, a cute terrace, a parking space, there's really good energy and you feel good right away!! Ideally located for visiting Saint-Malo, there is everything you need next door and 10 minutes from the old town, just perfect! We had a wonderful week and will return to this apartment without hesitation if we come back to the area. Thank you so much for your kindness Anne.
