laurent's studio is nicely appointed and very well equipped. ideally located in the artists' district and close to the dock and its entertainment. bakery and supermarket a 5-minute walk away. lots of nearby car parks where parking is free. a great time, we will gladly go back.

We were coming back for the fourth time... that's to say if we love our stays with Stéphanie, who is always very welcoming. The house is very nice and conveniently located, in this beautiful area.

This is a lovely apartment which is perfect for two. There is a little sunny balcony which we used frequently. The location is wonderful with scenic walks from the property. We loved exploring the area by foot and in the car. Carole was a very good host and the apartment was spotlessly clean. We would definitely recommend and would return to stay again.

Impeccable apartment, very quiet, a pleasant terrace above the water and a private parking space. Everything you need to cook. And for geeks 2.0, a very good quality wifi connection.

For our third time at Maryvonne's everything was perfect; the welcome, the kindness, the location because all the amenities are nearby. Great location for the apartment with a great view of the harbor.

We highly recommend this place. Marie is a perfect host! The view is amazing! It’s a quiet place, yet close to everything.

A very good stay. The welcome on arrival was smooth. A very nice location close to the sea. The place was very clean. The equipment was satisfactory, but was not perfectly suitable, especially from the point of view of the crib.
