Walking, cycling, surfing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, etc. This house for 6-8-10 people max has 3 bedrooms, including a dormitory for 5 people and a bedroom with 3 single beds upstairs, a double bedroom on the ground floor, plus a bathroom and 2 toilets, a living room, kitchen, pantry with washing machine, terraces (one of which is a courtyard adjoining the living room), a large garden and private parking (several spaces).

Beautiful neo-Breton house located in the village center, 3 km from the sea in the heart of the bay of Audierne. Swimming, water walking, surfing spot or lazing around! Shops and market within 2 minutes' walking distance. Beautiful walks all around: Route du Vent Solaire, Pointe du Raz, Port de Pors Poullan... Restaurants by the sea and in the village, local products, heritage visits etc... It is a still quiet and preserved area that will seduce you as much as me, I live here all year round :-)

The house is located in a typical village of the Bigouden country where you will enjoy the quiet proximity of the points of interest of the region and the beach. You have private access and parking and an outdoor area without overlooking. The house consists of one floor (bathroom, sofa/bed, kitchen, sea view) and the ground floor (bedroom and space overlooking the outside). All surrounded by a large garden (allowing us to offer you seasonal products) and equipped with fiber optics.

Nestled away amongst several acres of lush woodland in the heart of the Breton countryside is the wonderfully charming gîte. A former watermill restored into a stunning gîte, the property boasts beautifully landscaped gardens with an array of native woodland flowers; a picturesque pond where you can see small trout leaping from the water; a natural stream running across the gardens and a small waterfall flowing down one side of the gîte. Charming 18th century house, at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a small hamlet, a true haven of peace, in the countryside, 10 minutes' drive from the sea. Close to Audierne and its port, Pont-Croix and its small town of character, as well as Douarnenez, Pointe du Raz, Quimper. The house consists of four bedrooms including a master bedroom with sink and shower, three other bedrooms upstairs as well as two toilets and a bathroom with bathtub, with a large wooded garden.

Nice cottage for 5 people in a hamlet of 5 houses, all comforts, close to the beaches, the historic center of Quimper, the GR34 and the greenway, all in the heart of a wooded park of more than one hectare. Come and recharge your batteries and enjoy the generously sized heated pool (12x6) from mid-June to mid-September and barbecues with friends and/or family. Guests can enjoy the petanque court, ping pong table, badminton and swing (children up to 10 years old).

In addition, in winter, a Scandinavian stove will warm you up after your long walks on the beach of Lesconil Sables Blancs, a 3-minute walk from the house! The GR 34 is 2 minutes from the house. A haven between the sea and the river

Located in southern Finistère, a few kilometres from Pointe du Raz, in Cap Sizun, this old stone farmhouse, found in a state of ruin and restored with eco-friendly materials, overlooks the Goyen valley. Direct access to the hiking trails along the coastal river allows you to walk to the medieval town of Pont-Croix. It has three bedrooms, one of which is on the mezzanine level with a sofa bed. Private walled garden and terrace.
