Shops and market within 2 minutes' walking distance. Beautiful walks all around: Route du Vent Solaire, Pointe du Raz, Port de Pors Poullan... Restaurants by the sea and in the village, local products, heritage visits etc... It is a still quiet and preserved area that will seduce you as much as me, I live here all year round :-)

The house is located in a natural and quiet environment less than a kilometer from Tréogat beach (surfing, kite, board, sand yachting, etc.) and less than 500 meters from the famous GR34 (hiking, biking). The house is located in a typical village of the Bigouden country where you will enjoy the quiet proximity of the points of interest of the region and the beach. You have private access and parking and an outdoor area without overlooking. The house consists of one floor (bathroom, sofa/bed, kitchen, sea view) and the ground floor (bedroom and space overlooking the outside). A former watermill restored into a stunning gîte, the property boasts beautifully landscaped gardens with an array of native woodland flowers; a picturesque pond where you can see small trout leaping from the water; a natural stream running across the gardens and a small waterfall flowing down one side of the gîte. Nice cottage for 5 people in a hamlet of 5 houses, all comforts, close to the beaches, the historic center of Quimper, the GR34 and the greenway, all in the heart of a wooded park of more than one hectare. Come and recharge your batteries and enjoy the generously sized heated pool (12x6) from mid-June to mid-September and barbecues with friends and/or family. Guests can enjoy the petanque court, ping pong table, badminton and swing (children up to 10 years old).

Bioclimatic and ecological habitat, our small wooden house is ready to welcome you and bring you rest and pleasure for the eyes. 35 square meters all in wood or almost clad and panelled with thuja and cypress wood from a local sawmill, it is insulated with cellulose wadding. Everything has been thought out and custom designed to create a small cozy and bright cocoon. The sea view from the terrace and balcony invites you to explore the bay of Audierne.

A haven between the sea and the river

Located in southern Finistère, a few kilometres from Pointe du Raz, in Cap Sizun, this old stone farmhouse, found in a state of ruin and restored with eco-friendly materials, overlooks the Goyen valley. Direct access to the hiking trails along the coastal river allows you to walk to the medieval town of Pont-Croix. It has three bedrooms, one of which is on the mezzanine level with a sofa bed.
