The house has been designed for vacations for families or groups of friends.

You have private access and parking and an outdoor area without overlooking. The house consists of one floor (bathroom, sofa/bed, kitchen, sea view) and the ground floor (bedroom and space overlooking the outside). All surrounded by a large garden (allowing us to offer you seasonal products) and equipped with fiber optics.

A former watermill restored into a stunning gîte, the property boasts beautifully landscaped gardens with an array of native woodland flowers; a picturesque pond where you can see small trout leaping from the water; a natural stream running across the gardens and a small waterfall flowing down one side of the gîte. Charming 18th century house, at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a small hamlet, a true haven of peace, in the countryside, 10 minutes' drive from the sea. Close to Audierne and its port, Pont-Croix and its small town of character, as well as Douarnenez, Pointe du Raz, Quimper. The house consists of four bedrooms including a master bedroom with sink and shower, three other bedrooms upstairs as well as two toilets and a bathroom with bathtub, with a large wooded garden.

Guests can enjoy the petanque court, ping pong table, badminton and swing (children up to 10 years old).

A haven between the sea and the river

Located in southern Finistère, a few kilometres from Pointe du Raz, in Cap Sizun, this old stone farmhouse, found in a state of ruin and restored with eco-friendly materials, overlooks the Goyen valley. Direct access to the hiking trails along the coastal river allows you to walk to the medieval town of Pont-Croix. It has three bedrooms, one of which is on the mezzanine level with a sofa bed.
