Electric fast charging station on site for your vehicle. Our cottage is a great place for a refreshing break.

TI DU, "black house" in Breton, is a contemporary villa located on a ridge, 5 minutes by car from Keremma beach, one of the most beautiful in France. It is the perfect starting point to discover the gems of North Finistère, in particular the Côte des Légendes, Meneham, Brignogan, or the Côte des sables in 10/15 minutes by car. It offers a striking panorama of the rolling countryside and a view of the sea 2 km away as the crow flies. Rated 4 stars, it is very comfortable.

The Mill Barn

Nestled in a peaceful valley, La Grange du Moulin is located by a beautiful pond and offers a stunning view of the Manoir de Lossulien. Enjoy the terrace with its heated spa while taking in the peaceful surroundings and the view. Just a few minutes from Brest and all its amenities, the cottage is an ideal base for exploring the region: Océanopolis, the beautiful beaches of Finistère, the islands of Ouessant and Batz, as well as many cultural and tourist attractions.

Villa Les Mouettes sea view, SAUNA, beach access

You will appreciate the magnificent sea view from all the rooms of the house and the garden which changes with the tides, the sun, the waves and the wind. You will have direct access to the fine, white sand beach of Menfig, which is not very crowded, especially in the mornings and evenings. The Gîte de la Touline, adjoining our house, welcomes you in a natural and unspoiled setting. Old farmhouse renovated with eco-friendly materials in 2021, it combines comfort, serenity and respect for the environment. Located only 10 minutes from the wild beaches of Cléder and Plouescat, this cottage is a real refuge to unwind.

Moulin de Kermorin (private spa accommodation)

Building dating from the 17th century, recently restored to accommodate you in an exceptional bucolic setting. Couples will find a great place to recharge their batteries in a self-contained outbuilding with sauna and jacuzzi bathtub. Ideal for short stays. Less suitable for seniors or people with reduced mobility due to the staircase and bathtub. For longer stays, if you want to shower rather than take baths, don't hesitate to ask me.

Conviviality in a symphony of wood

This 34 m2 lodge is ideal for a family of 4 or 5 people. The Swedish owner has been able to provide a "cozy" decoration where well-being is evident. The fully private accommodation benefits from a very pleasant and bright living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Bedding is located on the mezzanine. You have free access to the sauna and a fire pit. The parking lot is equipped with electric terminals to recharge your vehicle.

Large neo-Breton house in a quiet area, surrounded by greenery, with a garden, terrace and swing. Inside the house, the living rooms are large and pleasant, as is the veranda which offers a second living space. We have a large game room in the basement. The kitchen is well furnished and equipped. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are numerous and practical. Old family home, we completely renovated it in 2020.

Beautiful new luxury villa. Panoramic view of Goulven Bay. Located in a luxury area, the house is a 2-minute walk to the beach (white sand). 230 m2 house with heated pool, accessible from April 15 to end of September. The comfort and exceptional services of the house guarantee you an unforgettable stay. Beds made on arrival and towels provided. The sea view is breathtaking.

The Enchanted Break

The Dahlia suite is a premium suite equipped with a spa bath for two and a massage seat. Equipped with a 180 × 200 bed, everything is done to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Bed and bath linens are provided. For total disconnection, there is no TV or WiFi in the suite. I hope that by renting this suite you will experience a real Enchanted Break!

Ty Koant – Farmhouse between land and sea

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located on a small country road suitable for walking or cycling, with just the sound of birds. To spend a wonderful holiday not far from Kerfissien beach in Cléder (north of Finistère - Brittany), and for foodies, the producers' strawberries are 5 minutes away! Talk to you soon, I hope.
