You can also enjoy the many coastal trails (the GR 34 passes right by), enjoy the pleasure of shore fishing, bike rides, water sports (sailing, kayaking, kitesurfing, paddleboarding... all in the immediate vicinity). Fully enclosed south-facing garden, in a cul-de-sac with little traffic. The entrance to the house is through a small veranda that opens onto a large open and bright room with living room and fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs are two bedrooms, a shower room and separate toilets. Ideal for a family of 4.
