Liz and Simon welcome you to your holiday cottage in a charming old hamlet. You will enjoy the use of a private garden as well as a warm, comfortable interior. La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

Small stone house (42 m²) adjoining that of the owner in a cul-de-sac and green setting between fields and forests, 10 km from Kerjean Castle, 9 km from Kérémma beaches, 15 km from Plouescat beaches, 17 km from Ménéham, 7 km from Folgoët where there is a Leclerc, a Lidl and 5 km from Lesneven where there are all amenities including the market every Monday from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm, 3 km from Lanhouarneau for Bakery, small grocery store. A multitude of hiking trails including the GR34.

A second covered terrace with enclosed space allows you to bring your pet. The beds will be made upon arrival.

Ideally located, the house is near Landerneau (contemporary art foundation, inhabited bridge) a few minutes from the VE connecting Brest to Rennes, you can travel to visit the tip of Finistère: the Crozon peninsula, the bay of Morlaix, Quimper, Brest... Independent entrance and veranda, outdoor socket for electric vehicle (7 euros per charge). Linens provided (sheets, towels, tea towels)

Villa Les Mouettes sea view, SAUNA, beach access

You will appreciate the magnificent sea view from all the rooms of the house and the garden which changes with the tides, the sun, the waves and the wind. You will have direct access to the fine, white sand beach of Menfig, which is not very crowded, especially in the mornings and evenings. The accommodation is equipped with bed sheets, towels, toilet paper, dish towels, sponge dish soap and garbage bag.
