You will stay in a large farmhouse (100 square meters) in the countryside at the end of a private road. 1 km away you will find all amenities (supermarket, pharmacy, gas station, bakery) and 3 km from the city center of Lannion. You will be 5 km from the sea and 15 minutes from the pink granite coast. The house consists of 2 bedrooms, 4 beds (sheets provided), bathroom, toilet, kitchen, living room, mezzanine, large outdoor spaces with children's games. Self check-in possible.

Only 5 minutes from the remarkable site of Yaudet, 5 minutes from Lannion and 20 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast, it is the perfect starting point for a vacation combining relaxation, hiking and discoveries.

At the end of the harbour, after it is the sea, charming holiday cottage in the water with beautiful views. In a small port typical of Brittany with a strong marine history. Pink granite, hiking trails, the GR 34 passes 300m from the cottage. Beaches on foot, fishing on foot, within 50m, port cafe, restaurant and live fish sales by fishermen. Access to the mezzanine does not accommodate children under 10 years of age.

Pleasant Duplex located in a small residence about ten minutes' walk to downtown Lannion. Ideal for visiting the area, it allows easy access to the main roads serving the pink granite coast or other more private places. You will have a parking space and an outdoor area. The accommodation includes a living room/kitchen on the ground floor, a bedroom and a bathroom upstairs and is quite suitable for a two-person stay.

Enjoy this cottage as a group, with lots of room for fun. Designed for family gatherings, friends, clubs, bikers, hikers etc… This renovated gîte is designed to be a warm friendly place. 4 km from the sea, close to the pink granite coast, Lannion, Perros Guirec, Ploumanach, Paimpol, Morlaix, Roscoff, go for a walk in our beautiful countryside, after a busy day meet for a barbecue or a quiet evening around a fire.

Maison de vacances

Small house close to all amenities, 5 min from the Bel Air area, food, clothing, pharmacy... 10 min from the beaches and downtown Lannion. The house is located in the same courtyard as our personal house, you will have a lawn area (shared) behind the house with children's games. We have a crib, changing table, and high chair. We offer an option of sheets at 10 euros per bed (with towels) if desired.

Le Yaudet: beautiful vacation home near the sea

Ideally located between land and sea, this house, fully restored in 2021, offers you the best conditions for a lovely family vacation. The sea and hiking trails (GR 34) are very close: 1.5 km from the Yaudet site, 6 km from the beaches of Locquémeau, 15 km from the pink granite coast (Trébeurden, Trégastel, Perros-Guirec …). 6 km from Lannion city center, 4 km from a shopping area.

At the end of the road – Charming house

At the end of the road, you will see a large stone house with white shutters. You've arrived! This is the perfect house for families or groups of friends (200 m2). It is a typical old Breton farmhouse that dates from the end of the 19th century. We completely renovated it while maintaining its character. Surrounded by fields and a wood, you can enjoy a large garden (2500 m2).

Lezenor Bihan

This 40 m² duplex, completely renovated, is attached to the Gite de Lezenor. The two cottages are completely independent and to preserve your privacy a small private terrace, not overlooked, is at your disposal.
