Le Relais de La Poterie - Renovated stone house

Le Gîte "Le Relais de La Poterie" est une maison en pierre datant du XVIIè siècle. Le logement a été rénové en 2019 et peut accueillir de 2 à 8 voyageurs maximum. En période estivale (juillet et août), nous accueillons 4 voyageurs minimum. Nous n'acceptons pas de voyageur seul. Le gîte dispose d'un parking gratuit pour 4 voitures en façade ainsi que d'une terrasse et d'une pelouse de 1200m² situées à l'arrière, agréables pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis. Le gîte est clôturé.

Cozy studio in the center of Guingamp, 50 m from the central square in an interior courtyard of a quiet and secluded property. It consists of a living room (sofa-armchair relax- desk-TV- coffee table) a kitchenette (fridge, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso and Italian coffee maker, toaster, teapot...) bedroom with 140 x 190 cm bed, on mattress and a bathroom with hanging toilet. Self check-in and check-out with lockbox. 10-minute walk from train station, UCO, EAG stadium, Lycee.

Bathroom with shower and corner bathtub, separate toilet. Small pets are allowed upon prior request and with a small fee. Many activities await you including a large amusement park 5 km from the house (Armoriparc).

Le chemin des Camélias offre une jolie balade. Vous avez rapidement accès à la RN 12, le lycée Kernilien à 2 min en voiture et la Côte de Granit Rose à 35 min. Le logement est connecté à la fibre et dispose de son propre réseau wifi (idéal pour du télétravail).
