Brand-new entire property, a 10-minute walk to amenities (shops, restaurants, cinema). The same applies to access to the port (wharf for Île de Batz) and the beaches. This practical accommodation features a fully equipped kitchen (plus basic groceries). The sleeping area is furnished with a 160/200 cm bed, with an en suite shower room. A small wooden terrace leads off the studio and is for private use. We have a bike storage room, and the neighbourhood is quiet. Provided linens towels hair dryer

Liz and Simon welcome you to your holiday cottage in a charming old hamlet. You will enjoy the use of a private garden as well as a warm, comfortable interior. La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

this small house is unique and close to all sites and amenities on foot or by bike, which will facilitate the planning of your visit (the castle of Trevarez 4 kilometers away, the Nantes-Brest canal 2 kilometers away, the forest of HUELGOAT 30 kilometers away, the beach of Saint-Nic and others. accommodation with 2 bedrooms (one on the ground floor with a 140 x 190 bed, the other upstairs with an electric 2 x 80 x 200 bed and storage, in the living room there is a 2-seater sofa bed.

2 bedroom and 2 bathroom cottage in a peaceful and rural area but close enough to get to Rostrenen and Carhaix as well as other villages including Glomel. There is a garden area with seating and a fire pit. Private parking is available on site. There is also the use of a communal large garden which is also used by the owner who lives next door to the cottage. The area has a lake with a beach and is close to the Brest to Nantes canal. Area is good for fishing, walks and cycling.

With 3 bedrooms, the Maison de Saint-Pol can accommodate up to 6 guests. Roscoff and Île de Batz are 5 km away, Morlaix 15 km away. We completed the work that lasted 6 years in April 2025.
