My place is in Gouarec, a pretty town in the heart of Brittany, on the Nantes-Brest Canal, the Voie Verte 6 & 7 cycling routes & forests. All with miles of cycling & walking. The beautiful coastlines of Brittany are only just over 1 hour drive. The beach at Lac de Guerledan is 10 mins away. A good selection of shops, bars & restaurants are available. You’ll love my place because "Beau Rivage" is modern bright & airy & is equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay, inc. bedding & towels

Cozy 2 bedroom cottage with outdoor space/parking

2 bedroom and 2 bathroom cottage in a peaceful and rural area but close enough to get to Rostrenen and Carhaix as well as other villages including Glomel. There is a garden area with seating and a fire pit. Private parking is available on site. There is also the use of a communal large garden which is also used by the owner who lives next door to the cottage. The area has a lake with a beach and is close to the Brest to Nantes canal. Area is good for fishing, walks and cycling.

Nestled on the cliff, at the entrance to the port of Legué, my 85 m2 house will invite you to live according to the tides. Facing south, you will be dazzled by the sunrises and flooded with light. Whether in sunny, gray weather, in the rain or storm, the view from the house offers a spectacle that is always surprising, sometimes breathtaking. Lovers of walks can take the GR34 and discover the bay of St-Brieuc. The house is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Charming studio with mezzanine, located in the heart of the city of painters made famous by Paul Gauguin and the Pont-Aven school of painting. The studio is located in one wing of our house and you have two entrances to access it. You have an outside dining area at the foot of the stairs and a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. The garden and terrace can be lit in the evening. You are 200 meters from the city center and the museum and very close to the port.

Romantic room, in the heart of Brittany, overlooking the canal. Comfort has been brought for couples, two-seater bathtub in the LIVING ROOM, spacious four-poster bed 180/200 cm. A patio for smokers and non-smokers, cozy interior, bright. For people sensitive to noise, I do not recommend it, the property is located in the city on a busy street, in a wooden floor building, the noise of the tenants from above can be disturbing.

Small comfortable house in the center of Corlay, completely renovated, close to the pond renowned for fishing, 2 km walk or jog, playground, fitness area, city park, tennis court... Close to essential shops, supermarkets, bars (PMU), tobacco press, restaurants, bank, post office, florist, hairdressers, doctors... within walking distance. 2 minutes from Corlay Racecourse. 10 min from Lake Guerlédan.

Quiet house 5 min walk to the beach

House 5 minutes' walk to the large Val André beach. Recently renovated, it is located on a quiet street in the seaside resort of Val André. Ideal for a family vacation by the sea. It is close to the center of the seaside resort with access via the large pedestrian seawall to the casino, cinema, restaurants, supermarket and marine spa. It is also close to the typical and historic port of Dahouët.
