Ce gîte au cœur d'un village, a une pièce principale avec un coin cuisine (plaques induction, four mixte, frigo), un canapé, une table (rabattable) avec 4 chaises, une salle d'eau, et une grande chambre à l'étage, une table utilisable pour travailler ( wifi de bonne qualité), une commode, une penderie. Possibilité de manger dehors, et d’utiliser la piscine. il existe une recharge voiture électrique à 20 mètres de la maison. une boulangerie à 50 mètres et une épicerie à 100 mètres !

Located in the village of Sainte Avoye, on the banks of the Sal, arm of the Gulf of Morbihan, and whose chapel is classified as a historical monument, this old renovated barn offers you a quiet stay between sea and countryside, 300 m from the coastal trails. The south-facing accommodation is composed of a living room including living room, lounge, kitchen; as well as a large bedroom upstairs with 1 bed in 180*200 that can be split in 2. Bathroom with shower and separate toilet.

The Orchard Farmhouse

Our farmhouse is located in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, 10 minutes from the sea: Arradon, Baden, Auray and the pier for the Île aux Moines. But also 20 minutes from the beaches of Carnac and the center of Vannes. The house has just been completely renovated (2024) and can accommodate 10 guests in 5 bedrooms; 3 bathrooms, and a sauna on a total area of 200 m2. Quietly located, it is an ideal place to spend a relaxing time with family or friends with the 5000 m2 wooded park.

Everything is done to make you feel at home.  In the village of Plougoumelen, a short walk to the Bono River, ideal for walks and hikes to Saint Goustan.  By car less than 15 minutes: Arradon, Larmor Baden and the pier for the Île-aux-Moines, Auray and the port of St Goustan, Carnac and its alignments, and Vannes of course!
