Brand-new entire property, a 10-minute walk to amenities (shops, restaurants, cinema). The same applies to access to the port (wharf for Île de Batz) and the beaches. This practical accommodation features a fully equipped kitchen (plus basic groceries). The sleeping area is furnished with a 160/200 cm bed, with an en suite shower room. La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

There is a garden area with seating and a fire pit. Private parking is available on site. There is also the use of a communal large garden which is also used by the owner who lives next door to the cottage. The area has a lake with a beach and is close to the Brest to Nantes canal. Area is good for fishing, walks and cycling.
