The cottage consists of: - Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, bathroom with toilet , living room overlooking south facing terrace, garage. - Floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, shower room with toilet. Located 15 minutes from the sea and 30 minutes from the Arrées mountains, this small 20 m2 studio is ideally located to allow you to discover northern/central Finistère, and many tourist places (Ile Callot, Pointe Saint-Mathieu, Mont Saint-Michel, Presqu'Ile de Crozon...) The accommodation is located in Bodilis, 5 minutes from the expressway, not far from the towns of Landivisiau, Landerneau and Lesneven. It consists of a living room, bathroom and 1 bedroom.

Small stone house (42 m²) adjoining that of the owner in a cul-de-sac and green setting between fields and forests, 10 km from Kerjean Castle, 9 km from Kérémma beaches, 15 km from Plouescat beaches, 17 km from Ménéham, 7 km from Folgoët where there is a Leclerc, a Lidl and 5 km from Lesneven where there are all amenities including the market every Monday from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm, 3 km from Lanhouarneau for Bakery, small grocery store. A multitude of hiking trails including the GR34.

A second covered terrace with enclosed space allows you to bring your pet. The beds will be made upon arrival.

You can relax in this cottage, which was elegantly renovated in 2023; its indoor relaxation area will allow you to enjoy it regardless of the season. You have a garden and a private terrace that is not overlooked. It is quietly located in the countryside. We have the capacity to accommodate horses in pre-boarding for €25 per horse per night. You can discover our beautiful hiking trails with them

Between land and sea... Come and discover the north coast of Finistère. Ideally located, the house is near Landerneau (contemporary art foundation, inhabited bridge) a few minutes from the VE connecting Brest to Rennes, you can travel to visit the tip of Finistère: the Crozon peninsula, the bay of Morlaix, Quimper, Brest... Independent entrance and veranda, outdoor socket for electric vehicle (7 euros per charge). Linens provided (sheets, towels, tea towels)

Villa Les Mouettes sea view, SAUNA, beach access

You will appreciate the magnificent sea view from all the rooms of the house and the garden which changes with the tides, the sun, the waves and the wind. You will have direct access to the fine, white sand beach of Menfig, which is not very crowded, especially in the mornings and evenings. The large garden borders the coastal footpath: GR34 Freshly renovated, the interior of the house is warm: wood/white/stone. Do not hesitate to contact me for any request!

Tiny cottage in the countryside!

We have just completed the renovation of this farmhouse that belonged to our grandparents. It is located in a very quiet environment, surrounded by fields and meadows, just 4 km from the shore. We are close to Plouescat village (1,5km), that offers all food stores and other little shops. Your four-legged companions are welcome, as long as they are peacefull with our own pets The cottage is adjoining our house with access and private outdoor spaces.

The accommodation is located between Brest and Morlaix, ideal for discovering the Nord-Finistère. You can enjoy the calm of the countryside and the forest (hiking trail 50m away). Beaches are 12 kilometers away You will enjoy a large terrace equipped with a barbecue and a garden. The accommodation is equipped with bed sheets, towels, toilet paper, dish towels, sponge dish soap and garbage bag.
