Liz and Simon welcome you to your holiday cottage in a charming old hamlet. You will enjoy the use of a private garden as well as a warm, comfortable interior. La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

Small, charming, refurbished penthouse, about 40 m2 composed of a mezzanine with double bed + 1 extra bed, equipped with Wi-Fi, a living room with wood-burning stove, a kitchen equipped with coffee maker, kettle, microwave, traditional oven, induction stove, a washing machine and a bathroom, (sink, shower), sheets and towels are provided, with its 35 m2 enclosed garden where you will find garden furniture, deckchairs and BBQ.

We welcome you in a wooden extension of 65 m2 including a double bed, equipped with tidying up and a television. We had the option of adding a baby cot. The room has direct access to a large terrace. There is also a billiard room with a convertible for two people. It is a room very careful it is equipped with a television and a space is dedicated to be eaten. Then you have a bathroom with Italian shower . Space only to you.

The ground floor, completely renovated in 2023, will bring you a living room of 60 m2 bathed in sunlight facing south.

Kermaria is a tiny, warm, very quiet and well-equipped holiday home with a large tree-lined garden. Discover the bay of Morlaix and shine in Finistère from a house that we try to make as nice, practical and cozy as possible. Dourduff harbour is down the road, Térénez 10 minutes away, and the historic town of Morlaix also 10 minutes away by the magnificent river road. Plouézoc'h and its local shops are 400m away.

The La Pommeraie-Avalon gîte is nestled in a green and quiet setting close to the sea (one of the rooms has a sea view). The 70 m² independent house has 2 floors with on the ground floor, a spacious living room overlooking 2 outdoor terraces that are not overlooked. Off-season, the wood stove is very popular, when returning from seaside walks (very close). Parking is private and as close as possible to the house.

Cottage located 500 m from the GR34 coastal trail, 10 minutes walk to Minou beach (and 2 minutes drive) 13 km from Brest. Quiet location. It consists of a bright living room with fitted kitchen, a sitting area with sofa bed, a dining area and a bedroom (with 160 bed) overlooking a shower room. Outside, a south-facing terrace, and a small garden. Surfing, sailing nearby and many tourist sites to visit.
