We are close to Plouescat village (1,5km), that offers all food stores and other little shops. This charming accommodation is close to the town center of Folgoët and Lesneven (800 m from the city center), 12 minutes from Keremma beach. A large supermarket and various shops are close by. It consists of a 14 m² bedroom with a dressing room, sink and shower and a kitchen-WC room and small living room. You have access to the house's closed parking lot, as well as the garden and wooden terrace. The space is completely independent of the house.
