A very pleasant stay in a house where you quickly feel good. Cosy is the right word. An environment and outdoor amenities conducive to tranquility and when the weather is good, what more could you ask for? Thank you to Yann and Maud for the quality of our exchanges and their availability.

Very nice and comfortable accommodation, clean and well-equipped. Very quiet hamlet and at the same time very close to the sea, ideal! Very good communication with the owner. We had a lovely week. I would recommend it!

Very pleasant week's stay at the Etang Quihouas cottage, which we highly recommend. Welcome, cleanliness, comfort, exceptional amenities...Nothing is missing. So we are well at the cottage... And Marien, close to the house, is very responsive and ready to help us and let us enjoy his good strawberries of the moment... Only downside, the weather that did not allow us to enjoy the small flower garden and its great outdoor facilities. Address to remember and share.

We had a great stay at Claudine's. The accommodation is full of charm, very comfortable and very nice cleanliness in a beautiful setting! In the countryside while being close to shops and beaches less than 20 minutes away, the accommodation was very well located for us. We really enjoyed being able to enjoy the great variety of surrounding landscapes. We also really enjoyed our meeting with Claudine, a warm, available and discreet host.

Wonderful, supportive host and a beautiful, cozy, well-located apartment. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. We felt more than welcome and really enjoyed our (unfortunately too short) stay!

Nothing but the view of the bay is worth the trip. Very quiet place. For those who like to take walks it's great. Very functional apartment with all basic appliances. Some guests will be able to find a TV missing. Contact with Agnes was only by mobile but that's enough.

Nice place right on the beach and near restaurants. Provided a pack and play for our toddler. Note two showers (no tub) but one toilet.

Philip and Annette’s place was a great place to spend our 5 nights in Dinan. Situated in the middle of the Historic Centre everything is at your doorstep. They were excellent hosts allowing us to check in early and responding quickly to our messages. Also left lots of extras in the apartment to make our stay enjoyable including a bottle of wine snacks and all the condiments you need if you want to eat in. Lots of space comfortable bed great bathroom. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we go back to Dinan highly recommended!

We highly recommend Didier’s flat and the neighbourhood. Didier was responsive and helpful with our questions and easy to get in touch with. His guidebook is a great resource and made it easy for us to shop, eat and sightsee. We can’t say enough about this area: very walkable, close to parks and beaches and some of the best shopping! Great weekend spent in this charming studio, very clean, quiet and functional. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach and shops (2 bakeries, delicatessen, pharmacy, restaurant, kiosk, etc.). A great place to discover the area!

The accommodation is faithful to the photos and very clean, which I really appreciated. Nothing special to note except that it is an old building so very low sound insulation and it is in poor condition. However, the apartment is in good condition so it's quite acceptable for a few days. In addition, the apartment does not overlook the street and it is not noisy or busy, so this limits the noise. It's good for a few days 👍 Good communication with Chrystèle too.

We stayed 1 night and the small apartment was great. It offers everything we needed and there were also nice touches throughout. I do recommend to other guest.

We spent two nights in Léa's apartment. She had kindly provided a high chair for the baby. Great communication and anticipation of needs. Super comfy bedding. Small grocery store very appreciable. We highly recommend this address.
